Dante's heart was froze until he saw her smiled and smiled back "thats great!" he said standing up, he then hugged her close gently "thank you" he said kissing her cheek softly, he smiled at her and it was clear he was very happy, he then looked around "when should we tell the others?... i recon it should be after the baby is born that we tell them" he said kissing her again, this time more loving

"Well... if I'm gonna be wearing the ring one of them will notice and ask or will know... if not then we tell them after we have the child... which from the way I feel could really be any day now... I'm a few weeks early though it's okay... I'm sure the child will be fine." Karuku smiled some and didn't tell him that this is how it went with Shishi... though she thought this time would be different... she felt this time would be different.

Dante smiled as he listened to her and nodded "thats a good point, and i will be here with you all the way through... but when giving birth... try not to crush my hand" he said chuckling and he gently placed his hand on her stumoch "i am really excited" he said kissing her lovingly

"Not even one broken finger? Ah you're no fun" Karuku grinned a bit giving him a playful kiss on the lips "I am too... though what do you want me to do? Do you want me to wear the ring or wait till we tell them?" she asked softly as she smiled at Dante hugging him and nuzzling his neck softly.

Dante chuckled a bit and shook his head a bit "nope, it will hurt me a little" he joked and returned the playful kiss, he then thought about her question while hugging her closely, being careful not to harm the baby and smiled a bit "wear the ring now, i don't mind if they notice, i want everyone to know as soon as possible, that way everyone will know, we WILL get married no matter what" he said kissing her softly

"okay... you know that's fine by me... they already know that we love each other... we're having a baby for crying out loud!" Karuku laughed some then kissed him back and looked down at the ring box she still held in her hand. She wondered some if she should put it on or if he was going to... traditionally the man put the ring on the woman's finger... though she really didn't mind either way... it would still go onto her finger.

dante smiled as he listened to her and chuckled a little, he smiled more when she kissed him back, he looked down at the ring and rememed that he was ment to put it on her finger "oh, sorry, i forgot about putting it on" he said looking a bit sad as he quickly slipped it on her finger gently "lets go get something too eat" he said smiling

"Well technically the traditional way to do it is to take my hand while you're still down on your knees and slip it on my finger... though that's fine it's okay" Karuku grinned some kissing him on the lips some happily and playfully. "Mkay let's go" she smiled some taking his hand as they started to walk down to the mess hall to eat. The others looked up when they heard the two and Karuku noticed that Shishi wasn't there. "Where's Shishi?" she asked and everyone shook their heads. "I don't think that she's came out of her room since this morning... I having seen Kaze either..." Atra said softly and Karuku frowned a bit. "Do either of you know what's wrong? It's not like them to not be in here... Kaze fixed breakfast for everyone then vanished and I think he went to Shishi's room for something" Doku asked and Karuku looked at Dante wondering if he knew what was going on.

(well you can try?... maybe have Dante say something about what Kaze said? or maybe suggest them going to look for them or something? Anything would really work XP have him react to what she said before or something? idk it's up to you it doesn't matter what you do really so long as it fits X3 )

Dante smiled as he followed her to the mess hall, he sat next to Karuku and listened to the others, upon hearing about Kaze and Shishi, made him think a little, he just shook his head and smiled "well... im sure they are perfectly fine, they might just need a rest" he said smiling a bit more

"Kaze never takes a break if you haven't noticed... and Shishi is never late for any meal or anything... and she doesn't like being alone unless she's upset." Atra informed Dante softly as Karuku frowned some quietly and worriedly. She then got back up and looked at Dante. "Come on... I want to make sure they're okay" she said softly as she moved to the door and waited for Dante. She may have never told Shishi that she was her mother though she still treated her like her child... though everyone else just thought it was because she had raised her partially... well that's what they were told.

Dante listened to her and sighed as he got up and walked over to Karuku, once they was out of the room he looked into her eyes "ok... i recon Shishi overheard Kaze saying you was her mother... and... well lets just say, this ship is starting to take the path of the depression sea... i think this might be he day where we all leave the ship and me and you get out of here... its not because of the people... its because i hate the feelings that everyone has been having lately" he said as he looked down "so once we find the other two we will need to dock and leave"

(dante is becoming depressed too now XD)

"D-Dante! How could you say that?! This ship and crew is like my home and family. Do you know how long I've been on this ship? When I was a small child Kaze brought me onboard this ship after my father died on our ship... I've always lived on the high seas... I can't leave this ship... or this crew. Shishi was born on this ship... I won't abandon her or anyone here. If we leave the ship and give this up Doku and Atra will go back on the streets again... they'll be found and killed I know it. I don't know what about Kaze and Shishi though what about them? And us? None of us will have a home... and Tsumi and Naku... we can't just leave two small children like that... they have nowhere now and we saved them you know that. I won't leave this ship... I won't leave my family." Karuku said then ended it quietly and a bit sadly. She loved Dante though she wouldn't give up her family for no real reason... and she didn't think that it had been that bad really... everyone was anticipating the new member of the ship to arrive and they all couldn't wait... why did Dante say that it was like everyone was depressed? Who was depressed? She didn't think anyone was until Shishi found out about her being her mother.

Dante listened to her and sighed, he knew she wouldn't leave her ship or her crew "i see... well... until this whole mess with Shishi is sorted, i will stick to being in our room... that way i can shift into my kitten form and curl up... then i can let my mind go blank... i can meditate and let everything go... for now"

"But... Dante I need you with me now... Kaze told me before that I had a week at the least before the baby was here... I need you to stay with me..." Karuku said softly and wanted to go find Shishi though would wait for Dante since she really didn't feel like going into this alone.

Dante looked into her eyes and sighed "then come with me, join me with my meditation" he said as he kissed her gently "then we can both let our minds rest... you will need to rest your mind for whats coming" he said placing his hand gently on her stumoch "this will be exciting"

"I really need to talk to Shishi first... I do need to rest though I really need to talk to Shishi... and I don't meditate... I rest but not meditate... I really never saw any need for it... sorry love." Karuku said softly then tugged at his hand softly toward Shishi's room wanting him to come with her to talk to her daughter... she had to explain to her why she had never told her.

Dante sighed as he listened to her "very well... you can go speak too Shishi... but i will wait outside... its better for you two to be alone" he said as he followed her to Shishi's room, once outside he gave her a quick kiss "good luck... i will be waiting out here for you after you finish"

Karuku nodded some before they got to the door and Kaze looked at them. "Thank goodness... She won't listen to me... she won't let me in either." he said softly and Karuku nodded some. She pulled out a key and unlocked Shishi's door then opening it softly and looking in. Right away she got hit in the face with a pillow and she sighed a bit. "GO AWAY!" Shishi's voice hissed from the bed though she was under the covers with them over her head. "I'll be back in a minute." she told Dante softly then thought some. "Hopefully if she doesn't bite my head off." she couldn't help but smirk as she walked into the room. She sat down in the chair and wheeled it over to the bed to talk to the girl that was curled under the covers. Shishi listened to what Karuku had to say and asked questions every now and again though mostly stayed quiet. Karuku explained why she didn't tell her before and what happened and everything. Slowly Shishi sat up as she listened to Karuku and spoke with her quietly tears falling down her cheeks. By the time they were done talking Shishi wasn't really upset anymore and hugged Karuku though was careful not to squish the baby. "We can act like this never happened or I can treat you like I've always wanted to... it's up to you. I've always treated you different then everyone else though I've had to distance myself and back off in some situations where I normally wouldn't... the question is... do you want me as your mother?" she asked softly and Shishi had to think some though nodded a bit. Karuku smiled some and hugged her softly kissing her cheek softly and soft tears fell from her eyes. "Hikari Nazo... that's your real name... I had to hide it from you after you lost your memory... Baindo wanted you to have my last name and he liked my middle name... and I liked that to be your name... but if you want to continue to go by Shishi then I'm okay with that... it's up to you." she said softly and Shishi had to think some. "I... I want to go by my name... what I've always been called." she said softly and Karuku nodded a bit giving her one more hug before she stood and walked the door where Dante was. "Wait... why am I an angel then?" Shishi asked and Karuku had to think some and turned her head to grin at her slightly. "'cause you're my little angel" she smirked some before going to Dante and smiling a bit to him not wanting to tell Shishi why she was an angel... it brought up bad memories for her so she didn't want to say anything about it.
