Ivan shook his head.He couldn't take her into the forest, not like this.Ivan thought abot it for a moment and then made a quick decision.'Jazrella, i'm going to have to teach you but for right now I need you get on midnight with me.'Ivan didn't waste a second.He wrapped a rope around shadows neck and put the rope around midnights.He then made room for Jazrella to sit in front of him, a plan clearly displayed in his mind.

Jazrella was surprised but nodded. Quickly taking the rope she tired it around Shadow's neck and then as she got close to Midnight she bit her lip. Getting up she them hopping onto Midnight and grabbed onto the saddle to keep herself there. She then le out the breath she was holding in a heavily releaved sigh. "Tell me this plan of yours..." she whispered softly in his mind, hoping he was coif to wrap his arm around her, that would help her feel a bit more safe.

Well aware of Jazrellas emotions, he wrapped an arm around her as the horses kept a steady pace.'We're going to have to let go of midnight and shadow.In town I have a friend who will take them.It'll give them a false lead.'Ivans thoughts telepathed as he saw something flash in the trees over head.'We can then run back to the others and forewarn them...maybe even find out who Lucian Languise is.'As Ivan kept a steady stream of words going he used his free hand to unsheathed Jezebeth, they're surroundings becoming more and more dark.'Can you send out distractions?'Ivan was entirely out of his element.

Jazrella didn't like the fact that Shadow was going to be given to someone but didn't argue. They were in trouble and needed to get to the others. She then reached out with her powers and suddenly fire caught on the people and they fell. Then closing her fists they were killed by darkness made daggers. She then nodded and closed her eyes. "I will stear you so just listen to my words..." she said being able to see perfectly as her eyes glowed in the dark.

Ivan nodded as he quickened the horses pace, Jazrella guiding him through the dark.Once they were out of the woods and in town, Ivan lead them to a small antique shop.His friend had been waiting outside.She had a slim, muscular body and bore no scars.She gave off a friendly, welcoming aura.'Jazrella, thats La.She'll take care of our horses for awhile.'Ivan murmured as he slipped off the horse and held out his arms to help her down.

Jazrella was releaved once she and Ivan reached the little town. Seeing the woman she smiled back at the muscular female, liking her and he'd kindness she radiated. Taking Ivan's hands she slipped off his horse and then kissed him softly on the lips. "I have to tell Shadow everything will be fine... I will be one second..." she whispered and then walked over to her pure black horse and pressed her head to his nose and stroked it gently, whispering her love and reassurance to him. She then pulled away and looked to La. "Thank you for taking care of our horses... "Shadow likes the dark, and loves apples... So if he lingers in the back of the stable, that's normal.." she said gently and then looked to Ivan, knowing she had to follow him. She still wasn't food enough at shifting and being a wolf yet to know which way to go and all of that.

La nodded to Jazrella, giving her an understanding smile.'I understand, I will take care of them just as you have.'La's swedish accent very fatal, but there.Ivan kept looking around anxsiously, giving Jazrellas hand a small squeez.'Thank you La. We'll be see'ing you soon.'Ivans voice was firm and silent, trying to remain on guard.But he knew Jazrella knew the dark better then he ever would.'I'm sorry love.'Ivan whispered gently to Jazrella, kissing her temple.He gave one glance over the aera before he then let go of Jazrellas hand, his body shifting and turning into a wolf as he did.He waited for Jazrella, wanting her to lead the way through the darkness before light was shed upon this town.

Jazrella smiled softly and nodded to the other female. "Yes thank you." she said softly and then watched as Ivan shifted. She hadn't learned yet, but she hoped that maybe she could on will. Scowling in concentration she closed her eyes and searched for that wolf instinct. She was scared as it suddenly clawed up and consumed her. Blinked she found that she had shifted and looked to Ivan. "Back to the pack?" she said and then took off. Her dark guide infront of her nothing but a swirl of darkness in the dark forest as she traveled along swiftly, her eye sight just as good, if not better then when it was day.

Ivan hadn't planned on returning to the pack, not this soon.But he wanted Jazrella happy and understood they both could use some sort of comfort by being surrounded by family.He sprang after her, not letting out a sound as the ground beneath they're feet soon turned to grass.Ivan kept catching scents in the air that were all too familiar.Suddenly, over whelmed, he stopped following Jazrella and shifted.He glanced around his surroundings, and only found himself taking off after Jazrella, his sword bared as his eyes seemed to watch the woods surrounding them.An uneasy feeling sweeped over him as they neared the pack.Somethings not right.

Jazrella could sense the pack getting closer and closer, though she got a bit worried as Ivan stopped in his tracks. As she ran she could feel the black feather on it's chain, rhythmically beating on her breast. She then slowed down feeling like they had arrived, her tongue lulling out of her mouth a bit as she stopped in the place where she had first met the pack. Standing in her wolf form, ready to spring into any action, her golden eyes glowed. Where was everyone?

This was the last thing Ivan expected.Taking a double take, he shifted and silenty approached Jzrella, nuzzeling her neck.This was the very thing I was trying to warn you about.And its still a ways from daylight, its not safe.Please Jazrella, lets go back into the villiage and rest for a few hours then take a look around.Whimpering as he licked Jazrellas ear, they're silent unknown conversation displayed in between the two of them as the familiar scent soaked in, but the homey feeling had gone.Without the pack, then everything would fall apart.Yes, Jazrella was learning her powers very quickly ever since Jev and her begun praticing.But the problem was is that vampires had been around so much longer and he didnt want to lose his preciouse princess to something so lifeless.

Jazrella shifted back and then shivered feeling "ivan's lick on her ear. She then pressed against him and then wrapped her arms around him. Her body shivered, and she nodded. "I understand.." she breathed and then nipped her cheek. "Please.. Don't leave me." she breathed and then let out a soft whimper. "i'm scared..." she breathed and then squeezed his hands and burried her face into his neck. She wasn't used to any of this yet, and she was feeling uneasy.

Ivan closed his eyes as Jazrella whimpered, letting his arms wrap around her and he pulled her against him.He ran his hand through her hair in the most loving way.Relax, im not going anywhere.Im right here and everythings going to be okay.'His voice soothing and warming as he kissed Jazrellas forhead.Then he pressed his forhead against her own, trying to keep her calm.'We will find out what happened.But for now we need to leave and get some rest.'He cooed as his beautiful blue eyes blazed with understanding and compassion.His hair was tosseled from all there running but he didn't really care for it.Silently, he continued running his hand through Jazrellas, wanting to be out of sight and out of mind so he could try and find out what that creature was by using they're elements.

JAzrella nodded and then slowly looked up into Ivan's beautifully blue eyes, enjoying the feel of his warmth washing over her in radiating waves. The red headed female then kissed his cheek and gave a short nod, not sure if she could speak with such a lump in her throat. She was trying her hardest not to be scared and not to freak out right now, and was having a terribly hard time with it. She had only reciently been turned into a werewolf, so she didn't understand everything that went on in this new world, and she didn't quite have the hang of the whole shifting thing either, she had just been lucky so far. Kissing ivan quickly on the lips she pulled away from him slightly and met those eyes once again with her own golden orbs. "Lets go then." she breathed softly, the words seeming to barely pass her lips.

Ivan sighed softly, feeling Jazrellas fear praticully radiating off of her skin.Wrapping an arm around her, he then begun to lead her away from the scene that had just taken place.

Waking slowly, Jazrella opened her eyes. They were hazy with sleep and she expected to be back at the castle. She was laying in Ivan's arms, pressed against his warm body, her own always wanting to be closer to his. Sighing gently in her sleep she closed her eyes once again, not realizing that they were sleeping in the tent Ivan hand carried with them, and the few things they had left. It didn't even occur to the sleepy redhead that she was no longer human, no longer a chamber maid. It seemed that being a wolf would have some getting used to.

Soundly asleep but aware of his surroundings, Ivan kept his arms tightly secured around Jazrella as they slept, afraid of letting her go at any moment.When Jazrella let out a sigh, Ivans eyes opened and he glanced at his lover who seemed perfectly content in his arms.Not wanting to disturb her, Ivan remained still and closed his eyes.He took in her scent and the new change that coursed between them.He was now hers, and she was his.Nobody could break them apart.Not even death himself.

Feeling Ivan shift in the slightedt bit, Jazrella opened her eyes once again. "Ivan... Are you awake?" she breathed, keeping still in his arms. She wanted to know whether or not he was awake as well. She was starting to feel a bit hungry, since they hadn't eaten at all yesterday. Studying her lover's face, a slow, soft smile grew on her lips. She had fallen for such a handsome and perfect guy. Looking down at the feather on her chain necklace fondly her eyes softened. He was perfect, giving himself to protect her. That was the ultimant sacrafice. She didn't know what power his wings had had, but she knew that they were extremely powerful and important from what she learned from Jet.

Ivans wonderful blue eyes opened and stared up at Jazrella.Her beautiful features luring him into just wanting to lay there and stare at her all day.Getting a grip on himself, Ivan reached his free hand up and caressed her cheek.'Are you hungry?'It seemed more like a statement rather then a question as he looked into her eyes.They're connection brought them close and as her protector whenever she was disturbed of any kind so was he.Slowly, Ivan sat up and stared at Jazrella knowingly.

Watching those beautiful blue eyes open made Jazrella smile. She reached out and ran a gentle hand threw her lovers hair before he spoke his words. Nodding silently, she just stared into his beautiful eyes, getting lost in them for a long moment before blinking. "Yes..." she finally breathed, looking at him knowing and trusting he had some way to get them some kind of breakfast. Or at least new somewhere to get some food from maybe a merchant or something.

For a brief moment of thinking, Ivan smiled and leaned up and gave Jazrella a soft kiss.'Get dressed gorgeous.I'm taking you out.'He murmured against her cheek lovingly, slipping out of the tent as a sign of respect.Standing outside, he took in the light as it shined against his face.It seemed to light up his face as he relaxed in the mere silence of the woods.Listening to the wind as he awaited for Jazrella to be ready for they're new destination that he thought she'd rather enjoy as much as he did.

Jazrella blushed as Ivan's words about her being gorgeous, and then moved to get dressed. Smiling softly she pulled on her simple black dress that she had packed in the bags and adjusted the corset a bit tighter, before getting out of the tent silently. She wrapped her arms around her dear mate and lover, and kissed his neck slowly and softly. Keeping her hands around his neck she loved the feel of his chest beneath her fingertips. It made her shiver remembering her first amazing night with her lover.

It was unsuspected of Jazrella to kiss his neck, but Ivan kept his eyes closed enjoying her very essence.When he opened his eyes, he drank her very form in.His arms rapped lovingly around her and kissed her temple.'You look lovely.'He murmured to Jazrella contently, staring at her and enjoying the fact he ended up with someone so loving and kind hearted.He knew he'd never regret turning her into a wolf no matter what.As long as Jazrella never stopped loving him, he'd be alright.Almost instantly, he snapped back to reality.'Ready for breakfest?'He asked lightly, wrapped his arm around Jazrellas waist and helping her praticully glide against the warm grass beneath they're feet.Decieding to take them somewhere special.Somewhere he hadn't been in a long time as he took a path completely away from the village and all human cilvilization.
