Farron, while still holding onto the other's hand, began weaving his way through the different foliage of the plants. He glanced around. He didn't remember the last time he had been in here, so he needed to refresh his memory a little bit before he continued. He stopped, thought for a a few moments, but then continued on as if he hadn't stopped before. Coming to a stop again he was in front of a rather large looking gazebo. "This way," said Farron as he continued through the gazebo to the other side. The other side greeted them in a flourish of white and blue flowers. This was his winter garden since they country didn't have a "real winter" he would come here from time to time to gather the flowers for the table pieces. Letting go of the other's hand he walked over and plucked a blue looking rose from the bunch that was there and handed it over to Jaxon. "This is the blue Forsethye rose," said Farron. "It's my favorite flower. Here."

Jaxon held onto Farrons hand as they walked and looked around at all of the interesting flowers that they were walking past. He they stopped for a moment Jaxon had looked at Farron quickly and simply thought that he looked like he was trying to remember something and then started walking again. When they reached they reached a building inside the room Jaxon looked at it and thought that it was strange to be one inside a room, but when they walked in he saw why it was there. All of the flowers in this room seemed to be white and blueish in colour, he felt Farron let go of his hand and walk away but Jaxon kept looking at all of the new flowers in amazement. When Farron started talking to him and picked his favorite and handed it to him Jaxon, lightly took the flower and looked at it carefully. It was amazing he could see why Farron like this one over all the other flowers, Jaxon looked at it and personally saw the resemblance of a rose but the blue colour made it look all the more interesting. He looked up at Farron and said "It's amazing", with a smile then looked back down at the flower.

Farron smiled at the other glad that he was happy with the gift that he was given. "I should be getting more from the northern traders when they arrive in a few months for our Wintermas Festival. We can plant a ton more just the two of us." He yawned a little bit as he looked around towards the ceiling where the glass showed the outside world. The moon was high in the sky, and he figured that it was getting rather late. He had meetings and lessons tomorrow with his tutor, and he had already skipped them today since it was his birthday. "I guess we should retire for the night," said Farron as he walked passed the other male and began making his way back to the entrance.

Jaxon looked back up at Farron when he mentioned that they would probably be getting more seeds from traders in a few months, he paid no attention to the mention of the Wintermas Festival as he was caught up in the idea of getting more of the beautiful flower. Hearing that they could plant some of them together when Farron got them he smiled and said "That sounds like it will be fun." He notice that Farron was looking up at the ceiling and looked up as well, seeing the night sky Jaxon gasped quietly thinking about how unique that the glass roof was for him to see. He held onto the and stared at the roof, hearing Farron talk about turning in for the night he looked down at him and nodded and followed him back towards the doors they came in through.

Farron was glad that the other was so agreeable. As the two of them continued out of the greenhouse he walked down the hallway towards the dining hall, and then back upstairs towards his own bedroom. He stopped before opening the door as he turned to look at the other. "Are you comfortable sleeping in the same room tonight?" asked Farron. He knew that if he were his father he would force the other to spend the night in his room, but he wasn't like his father so he decided to ask the other.

Jaxon followed the other holding the flower in his hand and kept looking at it in amazement, when Farron stopped in front of the door Jaxon looked up at him. His question confused him at first seeing as he stayed in Farron's room the night before and didn't really care then. He had a confused look on his face saying "I stayed here last night and I'll stay here again tonight if that is what you want." Jaxon didn't think it mattered if he stayed with Farron that night he just wanted to know where he would sleep if he didn't. He would much rather stay with Farron though becaause he felt safer around him.

Farron nodded his head. He felt bad asking the other if he wanted to stay in the room with him every night, but he also felt like that if he didn't ask that he was somehow forcing the other to stay there for the night. He wanted to treat Jaxon like a person, not a slave, and certainly not like some kind of play thing of his. Nodding his head he opened the door and walked into the lavishly decorated room. Walking over to the dresser he took out some night clothes for himself and Jaxon. Walking back over he handed the other the clothes as he went off into the bathroom that was connected to the main bedroom. Walking into the bathroom he closed the door behind him and then quickly got changed into his night clothing. Coming back out of the bathroom he glanced at the other and said,"Alright, it's your turn."
He then made his way over to the bed where he sat as he took a packet of papers off of the bedside table. Glancing them over he yawned in boredom. He had about 4 marriage proposals that he would need to reject with in the coming days. He sighed again. It was all the same. People asking for his hand in marriage. It was all the same all they were interested in was his money and his family's money. He pushed them to the side as he placed them back on the table. He would deal with this tomorrow. Sliding down on the bed he turned his head to the side and closed his eyes. He left the light on for the other so he wouldn't be walking around in complete darkness though.

Jaxon followed Farron into his room and stood there and watched and he went and got clothes and came back. He saw that Farron had grabbed two sets of clothes and took the set that Farron was giving to him. He stood in the middle of the room while Farron had gone into the bathroom and got changed, when he came back out Jaxon looked over at him as he spoke and nodded. He walked into the bathroom as Farron walked over towards the bed. Jaxon quickly got changed into the clothes that Farron had given him and took the clothes that he had been wearing that day and folded them. Not seeing anywhere to put them Jaxon left the bathroom and walked back into Farron's room.
Jaxon saw that Farron was laying in bed already and walked over to the side and put the clothes that he had been wearing down on the ground and pulled back the blanked. Jaxon also, put the flower that Farron had given him earlier in the gradren on the table beside where he was going to lay down. Then Jaxon then turned off the light that Farron had left on for him and laid down on the bed like he had done the night before. He stayed close to the edge, pulled the blanket back up, and closed his eyes so that he could fall asleep.

Farron continued to lay there awake, even though his eyes were closed. He felt the bed shift a little bit, and then the sound of a click signalling that the light was diminished in the room. He heard Jaxon shuffling around and the sound of the blanket that was covering him shift a little bit. He heard Jaxon on the bed, and wondered briefly why the other was sleeping so close to the edge. What if the other had fallen out of bed and gotten injured in the night. Farron was a deep sleeper after all, and he knew that he wouldn't wake up even after the fact. Reaching over he grabbed the other around the waist and brought the other flesh against his own chest as his arms wrapped around his upper chest and waist holding him securely. He placed a few light kisses on the other's exposed neck, and then fell into a blissful sleep.

Jaxon had not really expected Farron to grab him seeing as he thought Farron was asleep already after the long day, Jaxon knew that he would have. When Jaxon felt Farron wrap his arms around his waist and pull him closer to the other and away from the edge if the bed he opened his eyes wide and gasped slightly, it was completely unexpected and took him off guard. When Jaxon was finally up against Farron with Farron's arms wraped around his chest and waist Jaxon stopped moving thinking that if he just waited for Farron to fall asleep he could switch with a pillow. Jaxon felt Farron kiss him on the neck and blushed a deep red, thankful to have his back to Farron at the time as well as it being dark in the room he didn't worry about it too much. When Jaxon realized that Farron had fallen asleep he tried to get out of his grip but tonight just proved that Farron was strong and he soon gave up on tying to get out for his grip and feel asleep.

Farron continued to sleep throughout the rest of the night, and well into the morning. He was usually an early riser, but this time since it was the day after his birthday. He, however, rolled out of the bed, his feet hitting the cold wood of the flooring. It squeaked a little, but he was sure that the other hadn't woken up from it. He made his way over to the balcony. Opening one of the door part of the way he slipped through it, and then closed the door behind him. His room was rather high up so the breeze was rather strong which suited him just fine. Walking towards the edge he slid down so that his head was against the coolness of the stone banister. He let out a sigh as he breathed in the cold clean air.

Jaxon didn't even notice that Faron had gotten up, the only thing he noticed was that he could move around slightly and that there was a draft from somewhere causing him to pull the blanket up around him more. After a short while Jaxon finally got up and looked around the room slightly while sitting up, he noticed that Farron was not in bed anymore and also that he was not in the room by the looks of it. Jaxon sat on the edge of the bed for a moment slightly confused, he had no idea where Farron could have possibly gone because there looked to be nothing moved in the room. After sitting for a few moment Jaxon gave up trying to figure out where Farron was knowing that if Farron needed him he would probably come find him or send someone to come find him, so Jaxon decided to just stay in the room until Farron came for him from where ever he was.
After sittig for a few more moments Jaxon got off the bed and quietly walked around trying to think of what he could possibly do while waiting for Farron. But really came out with nothing to do seeing as he really hadn't been given anything to do during the day if Farron wasn't around and didn't want to leave to go outside incase Farron came looking. That was when Jaxon looked back at the bed and realized that he could at least make the bed while he waited and so he walked back over to the bed and began to remake it while he waited.

The wind began picking up around Farron. A storm would be coming later in the day. Nothing serious given the time of the year, but a storm that would bring lots of cold rain and wind. Walking back towards the door he was about to open it when he eyed the other male making the bed. He then pictured the other in a rather seductive outfit doing the same thing, to which he mentally smacked himself for even thinking about Jaxon like that. He was the other's friend. He wasn't going to take advantage of the other, or force him. They were equals in his eye after all, at least behind closed doors and out of the public eye they were. Everywhere else they were supposed to act like Master and slave, which would be interesting to get used to.
Opening the door quietly he walked in and said,"Thank you for making the bed, but you know we have servants that can do that. You are supposed to tend to my needs. The maids and such are supposed to do the cleaning."

Jaxon was just finishing making the bed and thinking about what he could do next when he heard Farron's voice. He turned around to face him and looked down slightly saying "Your welcome", he paused for a moment then said 'I know, but I didn't know where you went and I didn't want tot get lost trying to find you, and I wanted something to do." Jaxon felt kind of silly realizing that Farron had just been out on the balcony for the whole time but there was no going back now anyways. Jaxon looked down realising that it was really silly to have not checked the balcony and turned a little red, he had thought that he would hear the balcony doors open or close at least, but he guessed he was wrong. He then said "Sorry", he didn't know what else to say so he thought that at least saying sorry would be better then nothing after all.

Farron bit his tongue. The other, while doing something that wasn't his job, was behaving rather nicely given his current circumstances. He remembered talking with some of the other royal family members and members of the court. They had all gone through the same coming of birth ritual where they had gotten their first slave. Some of them were ill treated and sought death as a quick means of escape. Farron hoped that he was being good to the other so that thought wouldn't even grave the other's mind.
Letting out a sigh he glanced at the window noting that the sun had risen well into the sky. "I would say it's around noon or so, at least passed mid morning if not late morning," said Farron to no one in particular. "I wonder what kind of things my parent's have on my agenda for the day." He had been exempt from the monotony of counsel work since his father believed that if he was soft on his slaves that he had no place in the war council room as of yet. This suited him just fine since he didn't like war, and when he became king he would try to avoid it as much as possible. " Is there anything in particular that you want to do today? They are having more war council meetings, and I am pretty sure that I will not be invited," said Farron as he glanced over at Jaxon.

Jaxon looked up at Farron when he spoke about what time it was and realized that he was looking out the window and at the suns position and wasn't really talking to him. Jaxon listened though in case Farron started talking to him, he looked out the window as well and then back at Farron when he started talking to him. Jaxon looked down while he was thinking about the question then back up at Farron saying "It doesn't really matter to me what we do today really." he paused then continued "What would you like to do today?" He smiled up at Farron hoping that he would have an idea on what to do instead. Jaxon really didn't care what they did he just wanted to stay near Farron because he felt safe around him, so he just wanted to do something that Farron would enjoy.

Farron thought for a moment. What did he want to do today. He knew what he wanted to do with a certain male slave, but he knew that he needed to wait. They needed to become closer to each other, and that was something that would happen over time. Nibbling on his lip he tried to think of fun places to take the other male. They had already gone into town, and he had already shown him his perfect place in the gardens. The weather was getting warmer, they could always go to the lake and go swimming or something. They had a lake house not far from the lake. It would also give them some time away from the main castle area and the hustle and bustle of the castle life. He knew that he would need to take a few attendants with them, per his father's orders, but at least they would have relative privacy. "How about we go to the lake house for a few days or better yet a week." He knew that it was a spur of the moment thing, but he figured that Jaxon would leap at the chance to go somewhere new.

While Jaxon waited for Farron to answer he there and thought to him about what Farron would have in mind for today seeing as they had already seemed to do a lot in the short time that he had been there. When he heard Farron talk once again he looked at him and thought about what he had said, it did sound like fun to go to a lake house. Though he had never really heard of a lake house he just figured it was a self explanatory as it was a house on a lake. Jaxon smiled then said "That sounds like it would be a great idea." He thought for a moment then asked "When do we leave, if its alright for me to ask?" He then started thinking about what the lake house would be like and what they could possibly do there for a week. It did seem like it would be a good trip and if Farron wanted to go Jaxon would gladly go along with him.

As soon as Jaxon said that he agreed that they should go he broke out into a full faced grin. He hadn't been there in a long while, and the last time that he had remembered being there was with his father and mother when he was around 10 or so. He wanted to make new memories there with Jaxon and with whoever decided to tag along as well. "We can leave probably sometime tomorrow. I need to formally inform all of my professors that I will be going so that if need be they can prepare some things for me to study up on when we are gone. Also there is also the issue of packing. The attendants can help us with that one, but we need to at least have an idea of what we want to bring with us." That brought him to his next question. "When you came here were you measured for clothes yet?"

Jaxon looked back at Farron when he said that they would leave tomorrow and that he had to tell all his professors that he was leaving. This confused him at first because since he had gotten there he had never seen Farron go to a class or a lesson, he quickly pushed that thought out of his mind figuring that of course Farron would be getting tutored. When Farron asked about clothing for himself and if he had been sized before Jaxon looked at him confused and said "You had be sized when we went into town yesterday." He didn't think much of it then continued on by saying "So, what do we need to get done today in order to be ready to leave tomorrow?" He then looked fully up at Farron and saw his smile and smiled back.

Farron nodded. He knew that he had the other sized for clothing yesterday, which come to think of it the clothing should be done by the time that they arrived back after the initial week. If he had wanted cheap clothing he could have gone to any of the other vendors, and they would have been done by the end of yesterday if not by early this morning. However, he wanted perfection. He wanted Jaxon to be clothed in the finest cloth and embroidery. "That's right," he said as he looked around his own room. Since they would be leaving rather quickly he needed to make a quick mental list of things that they not only needed, but things that they would need to accomplish before they left. For them to get everything done by the end of the day he knew that the two of them would have to part ways, if only for a few hours. "Well I need to talk to my professors, and in the mean time can you sit at my desk and compile a list of things that we need for the trip. They don't have to be specific, and they don't have to be all right either. We just need a broad list, and then we can narrow it down from there. Alright?"

Jaxon looked at Farron when he said what he had to do to get ready for the trip tomorrow and be ready to leave. He didn't really like the idea of splitting up with Farron but it was a little better seeing as he would just be staying in this room for the whole time that Farron was away. Meaning that there was not really a a chance of him getting lost or accidentally getting in trouble for messing up. Jaxon looked over at the desk quickly seeing that the things that he would need were over there and then back at Farron and nodded saying "Alright then, I can do that hopefully." He smiled at Farron then said "Good luck, trying to find your professors", he was going to wait for Farron to leave though before he headed over to the desk to try and begin the list that he had to make now.

Farron nodded his head glad that the other male was alright with his position on staying in the room. He figured that Jaxon wouldn't have had any qualms about wanting to be able to help him in any way that he could. Leaving through the oaken doors he found his way over to the scholarly area of the castle near the library. He heard some of his professor's voices in the hallway, and he was about to announce his presence when he heard them talking in hushed voices about Farron and the new slave, Jaxon. He caught bits and pieces of it, but mostly it pertained to Farron needing to find a proper bride for himself so he could sire a heir for the throne when his father passed on. This infuriated him. How dare they even talk about dictating his life. He already had marriage proposals forced down his throat when he turned the tender age of 13, he didn't need his own scholars talking about it now. Clearing his throat he walked around the corner and gave the two men a rather hard look that meant that he had heard everything. "I will be heading off of the castle grounds for the lake house. I am here to inform you of this in the event you want to give me some form of assignments when I am gone," said Farron as he continued to stare rather cooly at the two men in front of him. They hastily bowed their heads, said that they could prepare something, and then went scurrying off towards the library.
With that being done now he would need to go and inform his father and mother that he would be leaving as well. He knew that that would spark some emotions since his father was sick of him "running away" from his obligations as crowned prince.

Once Farron had left the room Jaxon had gone over to the desk and sat down and got paper and began writing the list of what he thought would bee needed. He had only gotten about two things down when he ran out of idea, he had gotten down clothes and food, other then that he had no idea what else to bring. He had never really been anywhere and other then that all he normally had was clothes and food so, that was all he had known. After sitting there for awhile Jaxon decided to give up and stood up from the desk leaving the list there and walked around the room for a bit seeing if anything else would come to him. He then went over to the balcony doors and went outside closing the doors behind him and went and sat near the railing thinking that maybe that the fresh air would give him an idea, well that and he like the outdoors so he wanted to be out there.

Farron continued to walk around the palace as he looked for his mother and father. He talked to various servants and they pointed him in all of the wrong directions. He was beginning to get rather frustrated. Sighing he leaned against the wall as he tried to go over his parent's schedule mentally in his mind. He was bound to find his mother before his father, since his father was always busy in planning meetings and various other things, things that he would soon inherit the responsibility for. Walking down the hallway he saw his mother sitting in the outside garden. Walking up to her he told her of his plans, and she nodded telling him to have fun with Jaxon and to always be safe. She then said that his father was in the study going over some documents, and that hes should go there before he got pulled away for another meeting. Nodding his head, he kissed his mother on the cheek, and then went running down the hallway to go find his father.
