I'm currently obsessed with Tetris Battle on Facebook. (both 2P and 6P) I play it nearly everyday, despite heavy lags on my Internet and computer, and I don't stop until I run out of Energy and/or can't feel my fingers anymore.

You know you're obsessed when...
1. The first thing you do after turning on the computer is to head directly to Facebook and open a page for Tetris Battle.
2. Proceed to go on a non-stop battling spree until you run out of energy.
3. Impatiently clicking around on other things while waiting for your energy to refill one point every four minutes.
4. Get that excited pounding in your heart while playing.
5. Dream about playing Tetris when sleeping.
6. Have the Tetris Battle music playing in your head all the time, complete with the sound effects from mines exploding and lines clearing.
7. Run into/can recognize many of your opponents in certain ranks while battling.

So, fellow Menewshans, what symptoms do you notice when you're obsessed with/addicted to something? Be it a game, a movie/book series, or other? :eager:

Bwahahah, I've never played it on Facebook because the adds make me cringe.
But I do play it non stop on Mene til my hand starts getting cramps and going numb >___>;;
I wouldn't call that an addiction though.. :x

I think I'm obsessed with facebook notifications. o - o;
As odd as that sounds, I like waking up in the morning and going
through my notifications and my wall posts. Major Ego boost. I kid, I kid.
Or maybe tagging, because of the rush and adrenaline...or getting new
consoles. :gonk:

I rarely get any notifications on my FB...mostly it's from posts others made in groups I'm in, but since I rarely post any status updates on my page, I guess it's only natural. XD

I like having endless pokings with some of my friends though. :P

I usually spend way too much time on stuff if I'm not careful. So I'll take a break from a certain game or website and spend my time on another one.. and that helps somewhat!

You know you're obsessed when:

1. You notice every little detail of an episode by the third re-watch.
2. You re-watch an episode three times!
3. You follow all the actors on twitter, well, all the ones with characters you like.
4. You know all the songs and what episode they're in.
5. You know you're obsessed and don't bother doing anything about it.

Yeah, there are more signs... but these are the ones that prove the most that I'm obsessed with glee.

I have the part with the rewatching too...well, more of a 'rereading' than rewatching...many of my books at home are falling apart at the seams.

You know you're obsessed with Harry Potter when you call yourself "Harry" in your head.

Yes, that actually happens to me when I read the books too often. My mental image of myself changes too, to match him closer. It's a little weird...

I have this as well with some of my older books. Especially my Tamora Pierce ones.

You know your obsessed when you join a support group for people that are obsessed. :P

You know you're obsessed when you desperately try to think of something that's supposed to happen when you're obsessed XD

You know you're obsessed with something when...
1. you replay scenes from a T.V, book, movie, or conversation at least 25 times in you head or aloud.
2. you often picture the characters in various scenarios.
3. you analyze the character's behaviors.
4. you think about what you would do if in the character's situation.
5. You spend all day doing all of the above.

I play a game called Mabinogi and last night and today its been undergoing maintenance. You already know this though if you read my forum topic.

I broke down and cried today when it wouldn't work on my computer. This means I'm obsessed and have no life. Hoo-rah. :sarcasm:

lol Haha. I almost cried the other day when I reinstalled TES: Oblivion into my new laptop and found that the tilde key doesn't work. And that all character eyes have mysteriously disappeared, leaving vacant dark eye sockets staring at me. :lol:

And I hate it when my favorite games undergo maintenance...I mean, I know it's necessary to keep the game going smoothly, but it doesn't mean I have to like it. :gonk: I sulk whenever I try to log onto Ragnarok (back when I stilled played that MMORPG) and find it under maintenance. :(

you know your obsessed with harry potter when you sit down in a dark living room and watch all of the harry potter movies beginning to end with a cozy comforter plus food and soda and your ipod to look upon your facebook notifications.

I had a Harry Potter obsession a while back and was reading HP Fanfics nonstop for weeks. :XD

You know you're obsessed when you stay up to 5 in the morning watching the sun rise while reading fanfics one after another and keep searching for more despite the time. :P

My social site does this to me. I stay online even though there's nothing to do and none of my friends are online!

lol I have never played that game before. But the only reason I go on Facebook is too chat with my family and friends. I don't have friends on Facebook that I do not actually no and have meet.
