"B-but that's just it... I don't want him hurt, I love him... I don't want him hurt, please don't hurt him." Viv said still with respect in her voice though was really worried and it was clear that she really did love Raven and she didn't want him hurt, she wanted him back and safe. She still felt like crying and even more so as she saw some of the looks she was getting from the council members... almost as though they didn't believe her.

Oliva just started at her and shook her head, "that cant be, a spirit and a human cant be in love." she said and many of the other council members nodded. "now, human girl, are you sure you love him? some spirits say things like that so they can just have human slave. He could of just put a spell over you." Said a big man. He looked rough and old. It was s if he looked eternal. Many of the others nodded and agreed with him.

"I'm sure... he saved me from the bath house woman about a month and a half ago... I'm sure I love him and I know he wasn't taking advantage of me or using me because he didn't even make me do anything for the most part... he let me relax and do what I wanted." Viv said softly to them and was feeling sick to her stomach and worried that they wouldn't believe her and would hurt Raven despite what she said and begged for. Midnight was also worried and looked at the council feeling as though she could do nothing for the girl she was to protect. "She is telling the truth, I've been with her the majority of the time and he hasn't hurt her once nor would he ever, he didn't know, nor did I, what would happen to her with their relationship and he was beating himself up all the while. He did not take advantage of her in any way. If you don't believe us you could look into any of our memories for proof, especially Raven's." Midnight said feeling really worried that they wouldn't believe them but she wasn't sure and hoped that they would believe them.

The council members spoke quietly and the Olivia looked at her and Midnight, "we are going to look into Raven and Viviyans memories." they said and after a second in the middle of the room Raven was. Yet he looked weak, he was breathing hard and he looked like hw as going to pass out. When his eyes looked around and spotted Viviyan he seemed to become more lively, "Viviyan." he said and wanted to pull her close to him. But he knew if he moved at all they would harm him, they had already been sapping his spirit energy and he was sure if they took anymore he wouldn't be able to live. A girl then came down and touched Ravens head. She closed her eyes sand his memories of every day he had spent with Viviyan played. All the while Ravens eyes didn't leave Viviyans.

Viv felt like going to Raven and have him hold her close but Midnight put her hand on Viv's shoulder and shook her head softly. Tears were in Viv's eyes as she saw how weak Raven was and knew if they took anymore of his energy he would die. She knew there was only one time he had hurt her and that was only because he was under a spell and it was the only way they could break it... by showing him what he hated most... her tears.

When Raven saw her tears he wanted to run to her and almost did. But the girl kept a good grip onhim and continued to show the memories. When they got to the point that he hit her they stopped, "what about this? he hurt you once and what gives you that he wont do it again?" The old guy asked as he looked at Viviyan. Raven was going to speak but the council glared at him and he shut up right away. He just looked at Viviyan and wanted to pull her into his arms. He wanted to know that she was okay and to be with her.

"Because, he wasn't himself, if you continue to watch that memory you will see that he got very very upset because he hurt me. See, I had planned that, he was under a spell and when he came home from talking to the bath house woman I knew there was something wrong. I looked up the actions and found the only way to break the spell was to show him what he hated most... ny tears hurt him... it's why he keeps trying to move over here." Viv explained softly and hoped they understood and wouldn't hurt Raven just because of that one instance.

The council spoke softly and then looked at hte girl that was close to Raven stepped away. "if you truely love each other then show us." Olivia said and watched them. Raven could tell he was free and even though he was weak as hell he found the strength to run over to Viviyan. He wrapped her up into his arms and kept her close to him. "are you okay?" he asked her softly as he didn't let her go.

"Now." Viv said softly as tears started to stream down her cheeks and she buried her face in his chest softly hugging him back tightly, but not enough that she would hurt him. She wasn't sure how they were to prove it other then this or maybe Raven kissing her but even then she wasn't sure... her tears should be enough to prove it and how they were hugging, so close and loving that it couldn't have been by force or a spell... no spell could duplicate this nor the looks in their eyes when they looked at each other.

Raven kissed her head and let her cry. "everything is okay now.' he said to her softly and kept her close to him. The council watched them and slowly they murmered to each other. Raven then looked down at Viviyan and gently took her face into his hands, "no tears, we are safe." he said to her softly and gently stroked to brush ehr tears away. So far no one was pulling them away so maybe it was a good sign.

Slowly Viv was calming down as she then looked at Raven and nodded some looking at him softly and then glanced at the council though didn't move her head. She then looked back at Raven and gave him a soft smile feeling safe so far though hoped that no one would try to pull them apart... she felt if anyone tried to do that she would die right that... or at least break down more then she had just done. Midnight watched the council carefully before she was gestured over and she fallowed the gesture and spoke with one of the council members softly for a few minutes.

(If you want to act that out you could since I really am not sure what they would be talking about other then if she was going to stay with Vivian or now.

Raven kissed her gently and smiled as he looked into her eyes, "I promise no one will take you from me." he said softly and once they were done talking with midnigt Olivia called out, "we have seen enough. YOu two truely are in love and that is clear to us." she said as she looked at the two and Raven smiled. "so you can stay with each other if that is what you wish." Raven smiled when he heard her and he kissed her gently.

Viv smiled some at his words then kissed him back softly before looking at the woman and smiled easily and happily as she hugged Raven a bit tighter kissing him back but was still careful not to hurt him. Midnight smiled some at the two then glanced back at the council and thanked them before she walked back to Raven and Viv and teleported(sorry I can't spell it right XP ) them back home and smiled at them. "You two need to get some rest... especially you Rave... you need to rest so you can restore your powers." she said softly and Viv nodded some looking up at Raven a bit worriedly. "Yeah, I would have to agree with her on that one love." she said softly before giving Raven another light kiss on the lips and smiled at him happily.

Raven smiled as he stayed close to her and watched at Midnight walked over. Once they were home he relaxed a little bit and felt how tired he was then. He then laughed when he heard hte two and nodded, "i think your right about that." he said and kissed Viviyan back. "then lets head to bed." he said as he kept a arm around her and lead her to his room. He wanted to sleep but before he left the room he looked at Midnight, "you know I owe you a lot." he said, "if you ever want anything I will get it for you." he said and then went back to going to his room with Viviyan.

"I already owed you for teaching me how to turn back to human form, you owe me nothing Raven." Midnight said softly with a smile before going off to her own room and laying down to go to sleep feeling tired after not really sleeping for the last little bit... it was hard to sleep when you knew that the person that you were to be guarding could die at any given moment.

Viv smiled some as she leaned against Raven as they walked to his room... well, their room really since she never stayed in her room anymore. She laid down on the bed and curled up in the covers right away feeling completely tired and warn out. "I'm glad they listened to us... I don't know what I would have done if they had killed you." Viv whispered softly after Raven had laid down and she curled close to him feeling as though she would cry at just the thought of someone taking him away from her like that.

Raven smirked when he heard Midnight but still knew he owed her a lot. He owed her his life and he knew he would repay her or find a way to. He then walked with Viviyan back to there room. He smiled at her as he watched her lay down, she looked like a angel and he quickly layed down next to her. He wrapped his arms around her and kissed her gently, "dont talk about that now, I am aliv eand we have each others." he said to her softly and kept her close.

Viv smiled some as she kissed him back and wrapped her arms around him softly nuzzling him a bit and giving him another soft kiss on the lips just wanting the feel of it, nothing more, it just made her feel safe and happy. She loved him so much and she was so happy that the council hadn't killed him and had listened to her and him about this whole thing... she still couldn't believe that when they first saw her they asked her what punishment she would want for him.

Raven smiled as he pulled her close to him and loved the feeling of her arms around him. He kissed her head gently and then smiled when he felt her light soft kiss. It was one that told him that this wasn't a dream. It wasn't a dream that the council had actually listened to her and that they were together. He then looked into her eyes and smiled, "you know I love you more then anything else." he said to her softly and kept her close to him.

"The feeling is mutual, I would do anything just to stay with you." Viv smiled some nuzzling him a bit with a smile and closed her eyes softly. "I love you Raven..." she said softly with a smile on her lips and curled to him more seeming happy to just lay here with him and content to be next to him and know he was safe and that she was awake and that none of this mess would ever happen again.

Raven smiled as he pulled her close to him, "I would give everything to be at your side." he said to her softly and kissed her head. He was happyto just stay like this fir the rest of his life. Just totay there and know that she was with him, she was awake and happy. The past month had been hard on him and he knew that he would never give her up. "I love you too." he whispered as he closed his eyes and felt sleep take ahold of him.

(okay... So what now? Are we gonna go ahead and skip to a while later when that guy comes up or are we gonna do something else before then?)

Derek sighed as he teleported to the top of the mountain and in the mouth of the cave of Raven's abode. He slowly strolled down the passageway and some of the rocks moved as he walked and they seemed to make a path for him so he wouldn't step on them. He walked down and into the part of the cave that was the house and strolled around looking for Raven quietly. "Knock knock." he smirked some lightly since he wasn't really here on business... well he kinda was but it was only to check up on the two and make sure that the councils decision was right and that the human girl was still okay. He sensed her in the bedroom though he didn't think Raven was in there and if he had been then he had just left the room. It had been a few weeks since the council released the two saying that their love was okay and they would allow it but they still wanted to check in every now and again... just to make sure.
