"Okay, I'll watch her at night and make sure she's okay." Derek said softly then thought some and shook his head. "No... there's shouldn't be any others at least, and no she shouldn't feel any pain when she wakes up... she'll just shift as soon as she wakes up." he said softly and knew that as soon as Viv woke up she would shift into her new spirit form.

Raven nodded and relaxed, "thanks for watching her and I am glad she wont go threw anything else." he said as he looked at her and made sure that she was comfortable. He then looked at Derek, "so what has happened in the council since I left? you guys seemed more strick then usual." he said as he smiled at Derek.

"Well... actually it's been mostly calm but when they found out about Vivian... well they weren't happy at all and they all thought that something was going on and that you had taken her from the human world... turns out later after she had came to get you they found out about the bath house owner taking humans from the human world and mistreating them... when she had mentioned the woman before it made them curious so they checked into just to make sure... unfortunately I can't tell when something like that happens on Earth." Derek sighed some shaking his head a bit at the thought of someone taking a human away from their homes and families like that.

Raven growled when he heard that, "I think the council should do something about her. If she continues to bring in humans then our pressence on earth is going to be known. " he said as he looked at Derek, "so why dont we take her away? I think it is about time that someone else gets to run the bath house." he said as he looked at derek and you coudl tell he wanted to punish the bath house lady for all the other humans.

"They have her on trial right now... if I were you then I would take Vivian to the council after she wakes up and you can both tell them what happened and how she treated Vivian... she would have to explain that though." Derek said softly as he watched Raven then watched Viv as she breathed in and out calmly and having actually seemed tired anyway.

Raven nodded, "I think that is exactly what we are going to do once she gets use to being a spirit." he said and then stood up after kissing viviyans cheek. "why don't we grab something to eat and catch up. I haven't seen you in years." he said as he smiled at Derek and lead him out to the kitchen. He pulled out some food and made something for both of them to eat.

"Maybe later I'll go and make a stop to talk to the council and have them hold the she-witch until we can get there." Derek said then nodded a bit and walked with Raven to the kitchen and sat down as he waited for Raven. "So do you really love her? I mean... isn't it hard to love a human?" he asked curiously and really wanted to know since he had only known a few spirits that had loved humans and none of those had really ended well.

Raven placed the food on the table and sat down across from Derek. He smirked when he heard him and nodded, "I love her more then I think I have ever loved anything." he said simply and then shook his head, "and it isn't hard at all. She is just like me just a lot more fragile. I have ti be carefully every minute but every minute is worth it. For when she smiles it brightens my day and every touch she brings is like a touch from a goddess." he said as he looked at Derek.

Derek started eating a bit as he listened to Raven and grinned some at what he was saying. "It sounds like you regard her highly... and I can tell from the way she was sitting with you and against you she certainly loves you. I just think that it would be hard because there are a lot of differences between us and humans... we can hurt humans without even meaning to, just by a small touch we can hurt them... I would have thought that would kinda have put a strain on your relationship with her... I'm happy for you though and glad that this whole thing has worked out for you." he smiled some at the end and was soon done with his food, not really that he ate fast or anything, he had just been hungry was all.

Raven nodded, "your right, it does put a strain on the relationship. I always have to be careful but every touch and kiss I get from her is worth it. Something about being close to her is better then anything else I have ever done before." he said as he looked at Derek. "but what about you? Have you found anyone to be with?" he asked as he looked at him and wondered if he had anyone special. Derek was usually a loner so he wouldn't be surprised if he was still alone.

Derek sight some and shook his head. "It's kinda hard to try and find someone when I am needed at the most random and inconvenient times... I've tried... it just never seems to work out." he sighed some with a soft and sad frown. He didn't like being alone but it was just so hard to have a relationship when he would just get called to come at random times... it wasn't normally much to do or all the time but it was still hard to keep a relationship being the spirit of the earth.

Raven nodded when he heard Derek, "I thought the same thing till I found Viviyan." he said as he looked at derek. "I think sooner or later you will find someone. It just takes time." he said as he thought of how he first met Viviyan. He hadn't been looking for anyone to be with and yet he found her.

"Hopefully." Derek smiled some then sighed a bit as he stood and looked at Raven smiling slightly though knew he had to leave. "I'll be back in a little bit, I have to go for now though... I should be here before you leave though." he said before he left but waited for an answer so as not to be rude.

Raven nodded when he heard Derek and watched him go. He then moved back to where Viviyan was and stayed there. he watched her carefully and hoped that she woudl be okay once she woke up.

A day or so passed slowly Viv's skin was changing colors a bit to more of a pale color though she wouldn't change fully until she was awake and Derek knew that. Slowly Viv started to stir and groaned some feeling changes to her body but wasn't sure exactly what it was right away... she didn't know that her skin was paler and that when she awoke her form would change soon after since it couldn't change while she was asleep.

Raven was right besides her when he wasn't doing his job on earth. He watched her and made sure that she was comfortable. When he saw her move he couldn't help but smile and take her hand into his. "I am right here." he whispered to her softly and smiled again. She had changed but she still was his Viviyan.

Derek walked in when he sensed that Viv was waking up and he found that he was right a moment later as her eyes finally opened. She looked a bit confused, and dazed. After a few minutes she was fully awake and like that her form changed to that of a more fairy/pixie like form. She had dark greenish-blue hair that was as long, if not longer, then her normal hair and the sides of it at the top seemed to stick out a little like cat ears. Her skin was lighter and her form a bit thinner and a tad bit shorter along with how her eyes had changed to look teal-ish blue though still a bit dark in some parts. She was confused and that was clear as she thought about sitting up but really actually felt either too light to sit up or too light headed to. "Hm... interesting... I've only seen maybe one or two spirits like this before... it's very unusual to find... especially on someone who was changed into a spirit." Derek remarked as he examined Vivian though thought that it kinda looked like she had extra skin in some places... though it was folded down so he thought it might had just been his imagination.

Raven smiled when he saw her eyes open and her form change. She looked beautiful and completely different. Yet he knew it was her and he gently took her hand into his and kissed it. "morning." he said to her softly and gently reached out to stroke her cheek. He then looked up at derek, "what kined of spirit is she? I haven't seen one like her or if I have I cant remember." he said as he smiled. He couldn't believe that he could be with her now with no worries.

"She's a nature spirit... of what kind I'm not sure just yet... maybe plant. I haven't seen many, maybe three or four but never one that had been change into a spirit... they only come around and appear maybe every hundred years or so... normally when one dies another is born... though that's not always the case since there are at least three still living." Derek said as he wrapped an arm around Viv's shoulders and took her other hand carefully helping her sit up. When she was finally sitting up about three or four pares of wing unfolded on her back and one wing on each arm. She looked back and forth feeling the wings that were a bright-ish white and looked slightly confused though smiled some at how they looked. She was quiet though and even so when she opened her mouth to speak, that seemed to confuse and worry her a bit. "Hm" Derek said as he felt her neck and throat softly though could find nothing wrong. "It seems she can't find her voice yet... I'd say give it a few days, it'll come." he said softly to Vivian and gave her a soft reassuring smile that made her smile back.

Raven smiled when he heard him, "well it looks like she is going to be a very special spirit." he said and smiled as she sat up. When he saw her wings he couldn't help but laugh, "of course you would have wings." he said as he wrapped a arm around her. He waited to hear her voice but when she opened her mouth and nothing came out he got worried. He watched Derek check her out and then relaxed when he heard the news, "well hopefully she finds her voice soon." he said and then kissed her on the head and smiled.

Viv smiled and blushed some when she heard Raven then smiled at him and hugged him happily and kissed his cheek softly. "It's not unusual for an earth spirit to have wings, normally it means that they'll be a plant spirit and that when they start to do their job they can shrink so as to not let anyone see them. The good think is, her job won't be every day or even every week... it just really depends on the season." Derek smiled some as he watched Viv look around a bit and her wings twitch every now and again. "don't worry Vivian, the sounds you hear are normal, your spirit type needs to have very good hearing so they can stay completely safe, cats tend to like chasing small creatures though it doesn't happen often." he said softly and Viv looked at him smiling some and nodded a bit.

Raven smiled when he saw her blush and hugged her back. Everything was perfect now or at least very close to it. He didn't hav eto worry every single moment that he would hurt her and he could always hold her now. He then nodded when he heard Derek, "that is good to know, so mostly she will be gone during spring and summer." he said as he looked downa t her and could handle her being away for a little while. He then smiled as he watched her wings twitch and he kissed her head gently.

"Pretty much... not really too often since one of the spirits that handles death takes care of wilting the flowers. Of course there are other plants that need to grow in different times of the year but she doesn't have to watch them, just start them growing and every now and again check them, not really a hard job." Derek smiled some as he watched the two and could tell this made them both very happy. "Here's the hard part though, until you can control your shifting and your powers you can't go back to your human family, once you know how to control it though you can visit them how ever often you like." he said softly and smiled some as he watched Vivian nod some though could tell that she really didn't like staying away from her family for too long, he hoped that she learned quickly so she wouldn't have to miss too much time with them... she would out live them after all.

Raven smiled when he heard Derek and nodded, "I think I can deal with that." he said as he looked down at her and pulled her close to him. He gently kissed her on the head and couldn't wait to hear her voice again. He frowned when he heard that she coudln't go back to see her family and kissed her cheek gently, "I will help teach her more control since I know she wants to see her family." he said as he looked down at her

Derek nodded some then looked behind him and sighed some. "I'll be back in a few minutes, I need to get Midnight." he said softly as he turned and started walking away down the hall to go get Vivian's guardian. Viv looked up at Raven and smiled at him happily and nuzzled his neck softly seeming to really be happy that she was now like him, even though that meant that she couldn't see her family for a while and that she couldn't talk right now, it was all worth it in her eyes.
