Kaito smiled.
"I'm not sure... But before mom died she would bring me here every night so I could sleep..." He said quietly.
"Isn't it amazing?"

Isis nods and smiles gently "Yes very..its beautiful.." smiles giggles gently. "Never seem so much rare gems in one place before nor this kind of crystal especial in paintings." smiles up at him.

Kaito shakes his head.
"Don't let them fool you, some these gems can taint an innocent soul with a single touch. That's how some demons are born.." His eyes flickered around the cave until they gazed deeper into the cave, his eyes went wide when he could hear the hissing of a fairly large snake demon.
"Isis hang on tight!" He spoke before picking her up and flying, literally, towards the entrance of the cave. The snake lunged at him and followed them, it's fangs sharp and dripping from venom.

Isis listens to him and blinks "Oh I always wonder how demons came to this world. Well part of it anyway." shrugged. She looks around the cavern before hearing an hissing herself. She sees the snake before she was grabbed. Isis holds on to him tightly as she never seen that size of an demon before especial an snake demon. She trys not to look but couldn't help it seeing it was gaining on them fast. She had read about them and only one thing could destory them. If you cut the head off would do. But Kaito had his hands full with her as she did the same thing like before with her sword. She moved abit so she could used it without leaving Kaito's arms. Once that appears it soon turns into bow. "Just hope this works.." says as she pulls back the string which an arrow appears in it before letting go. As it had grown in size to match the snake's size and hits it dead on.

The snake demon hissed viciously as it gets hit but the head wasn't removed.. Kaito's wings beat harder as they tried to gain speed but it wasn't working. The snake demon was soon just in range and bit into his shoulder, causing him to cry out and skid foreword after the demon released. He managed to flip over onto his back so Isis didn't get hurt, the venom slowly spread within his shoulder and his wings folded over the two like a shield. The snake demon hissed again as it readied to attack a second time. Kaito cursed himself under his breath.

Isis cursed under her break seeing it didn't work. She try to think of something else and only other way was to get close to it but it was going hard. Her eyes widen as the snake bit Kaito. "Kaito!.." says curls up and looks at him worried. "Are you alright?" of course that was an stupid question. "I don't know what to do....but I can't let you get hurt again." She soon wingles out from his arms and wings before she looks over at the snake. Her bow returns to a sword as she had to get close to it without getting bit herself but it was hard seeing how fast the snake move she needed to hold it down.

Kaito grunts and holds his shoulder before sitting up against the cave wall.
"This? This is nothing..." He answers with a short breath. His eyes flickered to her and snake when she moved and clenched his shoulder, bitting his lip.
"Isis run!" Kaito called, a small gasp escapes his lips when he sees a figure pass by with speed. Pops?! He thought to himself in shock. The figure picked up both Kaito and Isis before zipping through the cave to a somewhat safe place before setting her down on her feet. The demon was dazed for a few seconds.
"You trying to get yourselves killed?" The figure asked, his voice was deep but you couldn't see his face or anything because he just looked like a big black blob. He was more careful putting Kaito down so he could lean against the.
"Tend to him." The figure said, drawing his sword and standing in front of them.

Isis looks at the figure and tilts her head wonder where in the hell he came from once after they was to an safe place. She looks over at Kaito could tell he knew who this person was. She looks back over at the figure who told her to tend to him. She trurns around and moves over to him. She bents down beside him I never used an spell to heal poison before...just hope it doesn't drain me. she thought to herself. "Hold still I will see if I can get the poison out before it does to much damage." looking at Kaito before she pulls out an piece of paper which had strange writings on it mostly they was asian type.

Isis place it onto where Kaito was wounded and folds her hands together. She closes her eyes and begans to chant as the symbols on the paper would start to and it would aborb the poison from the wound out of Kaito's body. She only used this once but it did drain her and she never used it again so it was an 50/50 shot it would agian this time.

Kaito grunted slightly for two reasons; 1: the area was sore, 2: being able to feel the poison get removed hurt like hell.. 99.9% of the poison was removed by time she was done, he would just have to be careful until the tiny bit that was left decided to leave his body some other way. He looked at Isis with caring eyes.
"Don't push yourself..." Kaito glanced back at the figure.
"And what about you old man? How the hell did know we where in here...?" He rose an eyebrow. The figure fell silent for a while before answering in a quiet mutter;
"Because you're my flesh and blood... Now you kids stay put and let the demon slayer do his job!" The figure picked up his sword when he heard the snake demon and waited until he could see the snake before running towards it, sword out and he stabbed the snake in the head though he continued to slice the snake in half until it was completely in half and turned to dust. Kaito looked down so his hair covered his eyes. There's no way this is my old man... My old man would've let us die in this damn cave... Right mom? He thought to himself and nibbled on his lip.

Isis once after finished she carefully removes the paper without touching it and burns it up. She looks at him and smiles feeling abit dizzy but other than that she didn't passed out. She tilts her head looking over at the other then back to Kaito "Is he your father you was talking about?" says sits down. to rest herself alittle bit and hoping that was all the poison he had in him. Isis watches as Kaito's father took care of the snake demon and sighs gently before looking at Kaito.

Kaito didn't answer for a while, little bitty tiny fangs could be seen if you looked closely. When he finally looked up to watch his father, his eyes were narrow but he wasn't glaring, he was confused. Why? After all the years of making me fight alone and nearly getting myself killed... He thought back on what he heard his father say not even 5 minutes ago; 'You're my own flesh and blood...' It echoed in the back of mind until something clicked. Kaito blinked and his eyes went wide when he was able to actually see his father in full, a fresh blood trail was the first thing he saw and he followed it with his gaze; the blood trail led to his old man.
"No way... You.. You came looking for us with a wound like that?"

Isis wasn't sure what was going on. At what Kaito told her he wouldn't care but this man was clearly different than Kaito had told her about him. Isis looks at the blood and blinks before she stands up and moves over to him "Your hurt..I can heal you if you want?" says. She wasn't sure if the man would let her but she had to ask after all this man was Kaito's father.

His father turned to her and hissed,
"No! I wish to die like the cruel beast I lived to be." He grunted and fell to one of his knees.
"Don't be a fool old man!" Kaito cried, tears formed in the corner of his red eyes. For the first time in ages he saw the father that wanted to protect him and his mother before he ever found out his mother was a priestess.
"It's too late for me... Take your priestess and get out of here, this cave is no longer safe..." His father tightly clenched his wounded area. Kaito shook his head.
"Forget it pops! I'm not leaving you." He protested. His father turned and gazed at him with pain-hidden eyes,
"then stay here so you can both die!" Kaito bit his lip and slowly stood.
"Isis..." He held out a hand for her to take for he wasn't going to argue with a brick wall.

Isis blinks watches his father hissing him before she steps back. She bits her lip alittle looking over at Kaito before looking back over. Not sure why he was so willing to die like this. Isis sighs deeply before she looks over and nods her head gently. She reaches out and takes his hand moves over not saying anything cause well she really didn't know what to say.

Kaito's hair covered his tear-filled eyes as he brought Isis close before carefully picking her up and flying towards the entrance of the cave. Zane, his father, actually smiled as he watched his son fly away with his priestess.
"You're mother would be proud Kaito..." He whispered in the breeze cause by his wings as he flew, clenching his wound tighter and falling to the side of the cave wall. He was gone... His mother's spirit showed itself and she walked past them and towards her husband. Kaito's eyes went wide and he bit his lip, the tears forced themselves out and streamed down his cheeks when he saw her walk by to leave with his father but pushed foreword. mother... take care of the old man for me... He thought to himself.

Isis moves closer as Kaito pulls her close. She held onto him as he flies out of the cave. Isis looks over and saw his mother's spirit since being an priestess she was able to see things like that only normal people wouldn't. She sighs gently and closes her eyes leans closely to him as she held onto him tightly. "I'm sorry Kaito..so very sorry..." whispers gently. As that was all she could say as she did understand what it feels like to loose someone very close.

Kaito shook his head and continued to the fly until they were outside, he then landed softly on the ground and carefully set Isis on her feet but held her close. He didn't want her seeing him like this..
"I'll be alright... I promise..." Kaito whispered softly in her ear.

Isis looks at him and then rest her head on his chest. She heard him whispering into her ear and sighs gently. She hugs him gently "I know it is hard but just think about it they are together." looks up at him. Isis reaches up and touches his cheek staring into his eyes.

Kaito smiled a little when Isis told him they were together.. He gave a small nod and lightly placed his hand on top of hers.
"You're right..." Kaito gazed into her eyes lovingly.

Isis smiles gently glad that had made him feel alittle bit better. "It will get better." smiles stares back into his eyes. She would kissed him again gently on the lips and sighs before putting back "Lets go back to the temple."

Kaito blushed when she kissed him but nodded.
"Alright, let's go back." He smiled and kissed her on the cheek.

Isis smiles blushing lightly herself as she got kissed on the cheek then heads back to the temple with him.

Upon reaching the temple he sighs under his breath.
"Mind if I spend my lifetime with you at your temple priestess?" He bowed, teasing her just a little to lighten the atmosphere before they entered the realm of the temple.

Isis stops and turns around looking over at him. She couldn't help but to giggle what he did. "No I don't mind that you do, Kaito." smiles. She sighs gently herself as they walked in and looks around "Well whatever you did sure keep the temple protected." as she looks over at him.

Kaito stood straight and smirked lightly.
"Well of course." Though, the effects of putting up the barrier would surely hit him later on. He starts inside of the realm of the temple.
