"Darkness isn't evil." The dragon, while the other two were talking, moved to Vivi's shoulder and is just watching Eric and Nicholas unblinkingly. "Everything can be used for good or evil." Poison and other things included. You've just got to know how use them in a good way. Now the lightening....he's not commenting on that. "What do you suggest?" He says, looking at Eric.

(I'm sorry I haven't been posting often, I've barely had the time and barely enough inspiration to write on pretty much anything)

"Darkness can make you go crazy, literally, its the feeling you get surprised by" Eric spoke as Nicholas added in "Why don't we try wind, focus on any type of wind and see if amything happens"

(It's alright :3 And I saw the last Harry Potter movie now : D)

Vivi snickers a bit. He's thinking of that one Marilynn Monroe thing with the vent. He could see mages using wind to be perverted. The dragon decides (or accidently helps with the wind thing. It just happily chirp before standing up and flapping its wings. Well, he goes and focuses on dragon wing wind then...not sure what he's supposed to do or anything at all. In his little fiction books, magic doesn't work that way, so he has no clue.

Eric and Nicholas watch the duo until magic was applied to the wind and it sent them both flying off towards the back of the room and into the wall. Luckily Nicholas used magic enough to ground himself to the floor as if making himself weight like metal. Eric on the other hand imagined himself surrounded in an orb made of water that turned to ice. After the wind stopped Eric released the bubble and it was gone.

"Nice, that was good for a begginner" Eric spoke "He needs alot of work though Eric" "He never said he was going to be my apprentice Nicholas" "If he won't be yours he should be mine" "Will you be traveling soon and what will PerryWinkle think of that?" Eric asked as a voice spoke up "Yes Nicholas, what will I think of that" The female voice was heard and sounded a bit annoyed now.

The dragon just chirps happily as Vivi pets him. They just look at each other as the apprentice fight/argument thing starts. "I think they've forgotten about us." Vivi is just going to edge away a bit....just in case if something bad is about to happen. He'll have more chances of avoiding it. He continues watching, looking between the two. "I think I should...just go now....or something.."

"You my boy, will stay, it is rude for one guest to leave once another arrives and we do not do introductions" Perrywinkle stated as Nicholas hid behind Eric while Eric turned to see PerryWinkle appearing "Ah teleportation magic?" "Yes, a portal, now Nicholas" she sighed "Do stop hiding like a child, I will not scold you in front of a young man" talking about Vivi. She turned her atttention towards the boy "What is your name young man?"

This boy still wants to disappear at this point. It doesn't help that he's not extremely social. This is too many people for him....especially ones appearing out of nowhere. But he does snort a bit seeing Nicholas hide from his own....wife? He thinks...he has a short term memory sometimes. The dragon just stares at Perrywinkle. It's someone new to watch. "Ah.....I'm Vivi." He's expecting something about it being a female's name or something. It wouldn't surprise him at all.

"Interesting name, hidden words behind it, my name is Perrywinkle, you may call me Perry though. I do believe you wished to leave correct? Allow Eric to help you with your things while I talk to Nicholas" who had just dissapeared making perry look for him. Eric gathered the things and headed to the front.

"Ah....thank you...and nice to meet you." Now, where did Nicholas run off too? "Running rarely makes things better...." Vivi may not know where Nicholas went...but he does know that running makes it worse in the end. He just follows Eric as the dragon here moves back into Vivi's hoodie pocket, chirping a bit. "Does he...normally disappear like that?" He wouldn't do that...he hopes. It really does make things worse.

"yes he does, but, if you get to know perry well enough you would know not to upset her. And once you do, well even hiding isn't so great because she can track you magical energy, everyone has one" Eric spoke adding "This should be all you need, do you want me to help you take it home?" Eric asked, if not he would simply preform magic to shrink it until he was ready to look at the stuff in the saftey of his own home.

"Now now Nicholas, you know better than to run from me" Perry spoke smiling, she loved a good challenge and knew that Nicholas could easily hide himself from her but being as they were gaurdians of the codex they could track eachother instantly without magic just by the sense of knowing where they were. "I know perry I know" Nicholas spoke coming out from behind a bunch of concrete stone blocks. "And why were you hiding my dear?" Perry asked.

"I had a feeling that running wasn't a good idea." Even without the magical tracking thing. Without that, they'll still find you someday probably since the world isn't as big as some would like to think. "Ah....that's up to you...." He doesn't want to be a bother...and Eric does need to watch the shop right. The dragon ends up going up Eric's arm to his shoulder. He's taller than Vivi....and gives a better vantage point....or maybe he's just bored. That's a big possibility too. "You feel tall up there?" The dragon just chirps happily back.

(trying to write more so I can use any gold I have for a contest I want to make :D)

Eric laughs a little bit putting his reading glasses in his pocket on his shirt. "Well, if you ever need anything, you can come over anytime you wish no matter how late but do be careful around here at night" kind of like that golem attack last night, things could simply just get worse. "Ezis Esrever" Eric mumbled touching the package as it shrinked down to a keychain size. "Simple spells can be said backwards if you focus enough, was there anything else would you want to know or see before leaving?" if the kid wanted to leave he wouldn't hold him back.

*DING DING* The door to the front of the store opened up as the bell went off alarming the intrance of someone coming into the store. "Hello can I help you?" Eric spoke watching the customer come in "I need to talk to you alone if you do not mind" the woman spoke revealing that she didn't want anyone around. Eric closed his eyes for a moment, the outside area was fine as long as no one was seriously cloaking themselves in this city. Opening his eyes he looked and smiled at Eric "You can either leave with your pet here or stay in the back with the others"

"Well I know how you get Perry when you get upset" Nicholas spoke as Perry walked over wrapping her arms around his neck as he held onto her "You of all people do not have to fear me nicholas" nicholas and perry's attention was diversed when they sensed the odd magical power, quickly they went to the front, Nicholas stood behind the counter with Eric as Perry was helping Vivi and the little dragon to leave "Come now, its not something for a kid to see" not meaning any harm by calling him a kid.

"I learned that part already." Vivi isn't big on the golem/things flying through doors thing. Seems......kind of hazardous. Just a lot. He just stares at the now very small stuff. "That would be useful for cleaning my room..." He chuckles a bit. That might not have been the original use for the spell, but it isn't a bad idea, now is it? He wishes he had known of this sooner now. He could've got his room clean so much quicker. Vivi just had the most random question pop into his head. "If you said it backwards in Japanese....would it still work?" He doesn't know if the language really matters, but he's asking. Vivi lifts an eyebrow watching the new person, and the dragon disappears into his hoodie pocket as the person comes in. He resists leaving for a moment...and then he remembers the golem going through the door and changes his mind on staying. He makes sure to grab the shrunken things before he goes though.

While heading out of the door, Perry followed making sure that Vivi would be safe "Is it odd for someone your age to be seen with walking as of someone my age?" Perry asked and added "Oh yes, to answer your question, you can say anything in any language backgrounds as long as you have magic awoken in your blood" Perry knew he had magical talent, just normal people wouldn't be able to be around a dragon without that being true, even ones such as the one he held with him.

Nicholas stood awaiting to see what this woman would say, she removed her hood to reveal a mid-aged face with long, silky, black hair to her waist straight down. Her eyes were almost a bright yet faded violet color which was unusual in this living area of the country. "You must be Madame Raven" "Yes I am known as that name as well, my original name is Rae" "I welcome you to my shop, I am Eric Williams and this is my apprentice" Eric left the opening for Nicholas "Nick Dell at your service" Nicholas knew who Madame Raven aka Madame Rae was and surely most knew as well.

Vivi thinks for a moment on the question and shrugs. "Does it really matter?" It's not like he's exactly normal by today's standards. He's far from it. He can do magic and there is a dragon in his hoodie pocket. The only normal thing is the hoodie. His eyes keep darting back to where Eric and Nicholas are....even if he can't see them...he's still curious about who that woman was. Most may know who she is, but Vivi is oblivious.

"I wouldn't want your parents or anyone to freak seeing you hang out with someone far much older than you are" Perry spoke though she felt a bit odd being so much older looking walking with a kid and was sure no one could recognize her. Perry mumbled a spell that allowed her to become a bit younger, around Vivi's age. "Thats a bit more comfortable even for me I presume" She spoke mostly out loud, but, to herself. "You are curious of something arn't you? Why not ask? With me as long as you may ask a question, you will receive and honest answer"

Vivi shrugs a bit. "Could always say your an aunt or something.....or a family friend or something." He shrugs a bit. He does a bit of a double take and shake his head a bit at the sudden age change. He's starting to think he'll never get used to the sudden changes through magic. "That's the weird thing....I have no specific questions....at least not too many...I have general curiousity." He chuckles a bit sheepishly. It is the truth. "Who was that person?" That walked in. And, personally, Vivi doesn't trust her to tell the full truth. It's not that she doesn't seem untrustworthy, but people keep things back either through lying or not telling the full truth and he expects one of those two to happen.

(I understand and same here, with mene being down, this weekend being busy, I was forced to let my bro on the pc for a short time)

"Madame Raven, you never want to get near her or disobey anything she does. She was a used to be apprentice of Nicholas and I before when we first teamed up" Perry replied simply starting off "I do believe though that she is back for a favor, she owes us quite alot and wouldn't show up for any other reason unless its to pick a fight" perry started thinking more towards herself yet out loud at that.

(I love how the warning was posted when I left the house so when I come back I have no idea when I come back D: Good thing my friend was online...she told me)

"Uh...why?" She doesn't seem that scary to Vivi, but then again maybe he lacks some self preservation that would say she's scary. "What's the point of coming just to pick a fight?" Isn't there anything else better to do? Like sleeping....or eating....anything really. But maybe Vivi is the only one with that common sense.

(Can dragons change color in this book series or if this outside the scope officially lol)

(okay dragons can do anything you want them to do, i know pretty much nothing when it comes to them XD-lol I kno right. Sorry i was gone for a bit, i have issues with things but they were taken care of)

"She isn't there to fight, I hope, she is more of there to ask for the two to keep things in control. Something must've happened, also Nicholas and I haven't been attacked though we have the codex its awefully peaceful around here" She spoke.

(Well, I thought I'd ask. Since Vivi doesn't know which way he's going....but maybe when he picks for sure...the dragon's color changes on his path...or maybe he can be a mood ring LOL...and it's alright)

"Ah...but what would've happened to get her to come here?" Except that golem thing...which in his mind doesn't seem too important-it was just one golem-but then again he doesn't know much either. The dragon chirps a bit, it's a baby and it wants attention now. he just starts petting/scratching its head. "Are there bigger dragons?" Like the story size dragon. The baby dragon huffs a bit. "I'm not complaining. Where would I keep you if you were too much bigger?"

(lol okay that sounds kinda cool :D)

"I am not at all sure why she is here, but, soon I will find out. If I do and am able to explain it to you, then I will. However you must tell me who you are learning under before then" Perry answered adding "Yes they can get bigger, but, this dragon you hold preferbally stays small unless they get angry, then they can become as big as a vehicle, maybe bigger depending on the dragon's mood."

Yeah, well Vivi still hasn't fully decided if he wants to actually...though he has a feeling he will. Currently....Eric is going to win in a way. Only because of the Nicholas talks about himself. Everyone can be defeated somehow or another-through power....or through tactics. "That's good....kind of hard to convince people about things if he's as big as a car." He snorts/giggles a bit. He's just thinking about Clifford the big red dog...and that it would be awesome for that to be an illusion for the dragon if/when it's bigger.

(-mood dragon turns blue- -plays I'm blue in the background- lol)

"Yes that is one way to think of it. Now let me tell you something, if you wish to learn under someone, it does not have to be Eric. It could me Nicholas, myself, or even another if you find them. I suggest staying within us three though"

"Yes, like I know so many other people that could teach me." Because if someone in his close family knew about this stuff....they would've let it slip by now surely. "Who do you think would be best in this case?" He just wants to see if she'll say herself....whether it's true or not would be a different story.
