Collenne snapped back into reality when heard a faint thud and she blinked a few times. She turned her gaze to Alex and sighed softly. "Are you going to be okay?" Coco asked in a soft concerned voice.

Alex looked at her from the tip of his nose and blinked a few times, trying to register what she'd just asked. "Yeah... just a little bump. It's nothing." He answered when it finally dawned on him what her question was. "It's not an injured foot or anything."

"That's good.. I think..." Collenne said quietly, adding the last part after thinking about she just said. She smirked lightly and shook her head before leaning back into the couch, she got comfy rather quickly.

Alex sighed and soon fell asleep, snoring.

~~The Next Morning~~
Collenne had fallen asleep on the couch but didn't wake up there.. nope. She woke up on the bed of one of the extra rooms at Alex and Liam's place. Coco sighed when she saw her hurt foot and slowly sat up. "I was hoping you were a dream..." She muttered quietly under her breath. Coco wonder if she was the only one here.. probably not but it got her thinking.

Alex arose from his bed with a grunt and stumbled his way into the bathroom, still partially asleep. His hair was sticking up at all sorts of odd angles and he had a bit of morning stubble. After brushing his teeth he went to go check on Coco who he'd moved to one of the extra rooms. Gently he knocked on the door, "Coco? Are you awake?" His voice was soft as to not wake her if she was still sleeping.

Her ears twitched and she glanced at the door and smiled a little. "I'm awake." She answered him before she stretched slightly.

Alex carefully opened the door and walked in silently before sitting on the edge of the bed. "Good morning!" He said, in a husky morning voice with a smile. "Did you sleep okay? You're foot feel... okay-ish?" He asked, gently kissing her forehead.

Coco purred quietly, since she couldn't go cat-form she would probably start acting more like a cat for a few days unless she could sustain it. "I'm... I slept okay." She smiled before glancing at her foot and back at Alex. "My foot feels fine..." Collenne blushed a little when he kissed her forehead. "Honestly." She finished her sentence and kissed his cheek softly.

Alex grunted as he nodded, turning a slight pink. "What do you want for breakfast, love? I'll bring it on here... Anything you want, love." He said, gently placing a hand on her thigh.

Coco couldn't help but to giggle a little and smirk lightly. "Eggs? and bacon.. please." She smiled nervously.

Alex nodded and kissed the top of her head. "I'll be right back, love." He said getting up and going into the kitchen. He returned a few minutes with a tray filled with her food and two glasses of orange juice and a yogurt for himself. He carefully set the tray down before grabbing his juice and yogurt.

~Two Weeks Later~
Collenne sat in a chair, her foot was finally healed but.. she got so used to using to crutches she didn't wanna walk without them since her balance would be off. She was being a stubborn little kid. "I don't wanna."

Alex chuckled as he walked into Coco's room. "I promise you it wouldn't kill you to walk, love." He said, gently kissing the top of her head. "But I understand, since you have balance issues and what not." A wide grin spread across his face as he held up a finger, signaling he'd be back, before running off and turning on music and coming back. He smirked and picked Coco up and placed her feet on top of his and started dancing like a true gent.

Collenne sat there like a stubborn child before he came back. Her cheeks turned red and she blinked several times before she realized what they were doing. 'He's dancing.. with me on his feet...' She's never been dancing, not even like this.

Alex chuckled and held her close. "What's wrong, love? Haven't you danced before?" He asked, gently kissing the top of her head. "Of course I was forced into the male equivalent of the cotillion, therefore I've learned to appreciate the classical dance. And it is rather enjoyable." He said, somewhat just musing aloud to himself.

She blushed brighter and shook her head. "N-no.. I've never danced before in my life..." Collenne answered quietly and embarrassed. 'Every girl's dream was to dance with their prince right? Around that age I wasn't really girl, I was practicing my thieving skills... Heh.' She thought to herself.

Alex smirked and gently kissed the top of her head. "Well, now you can say you have my dear." He said, softly as the song ended. His hold on her didn't loosen and he kept her held close to him.

She smiled and kissed his cheek softly before resting her head lightly on his chest. "You're right Alex... Thank you." Collenne said quietly.

Alex smiled and gently stroked her hair. "Any time, m'lady." He whispered, gently holding her back a bit and tilting her chin up. His head leaned closer towards her as his lips gently brushed against hers before he kissed her, gently parting her lips with his tongue and kissing her passionately.

Collenne turned a bright red. She felt like she had butterflies, the good kind of course. Coco closed her eyes and kissed him back with a soft passion.

Alex kissed her for but a few moments longer before softly pulling back and kissing her forehead. 'If only you knew exactly how much I love you...' He thought, gently wrapping his arms around her and resting his chin on her head. "You're beautiful." He whispered, softly kissing the top of her head before he gently placed her back in the chair and walked out of the room.

Collenne sat in the chair completely dazed. 'What.. just happened...?' Her phone went off and she jumped, nearly falling onto the floor but somehow managed not to. She pulled her phone out and flipped it open, a simple text from her brother wanting to have lunch with her in a few hours. Coco sighed softly and shook her head. 'Worst timing.. but also the best timing.. ever.' She thought to herself with a soft sigh and hugged her knees tightly. 'What's wrong with me? I know for a fact I love him but.. for some reason.. I'm afraid...' Coco thought, resting her head on her her knees, her tail curled up around her waist.

Alex's phone vibrated in his pocket and he quickly glanced at the caller ID. "What do you want?" He answered the call from his brother. Liam pretended to sound hurt before inviting him out to lunch. "Yeah, I'll be there in a few." He hung up the phone before Liam could say anything else. He gently poked his head in Coco's room "I got something to do. I'll be back later, need anything?" He asked, looking at her carefully. He loved her so much, but Alex didn't think Coco saw that. Then again she had kissed him back, so that meant something right?

Liam grinned as he hung up the phone and gently trailed his fingers up Rusty's spine. "Mission: Double Date is a go." He said, gently kissing Rusty's cheek.

Collenne looked up and shook her head. "I'm alright." She answered sweetly.

Rusty put a light hand on his lovers head. "Shh, they can't find out yet." He turned a light pink when Liam kissed his cheek then kisses his nose.
