Alex sighed and held her to his chest. "It's okay, love. He probably didn't mean it like it sounded." He said, trying to comfort her.

Liam sighed and gently kissed Rusty's head. "She will, love. She will forgive you. She's your sister. Things can't be fantastic all the time."

Coco shook her head lightly and curled up in his arms. "He told me to go home.. in the most cruel voice I thought he never had..."

Rusty looked up at Liam and tried to smile a little, but failed. "You're right..." He said softly, not willing to argue with his love.

Alex sighed and took a deep breath. "I bet you a million bucks he's probably beating himself up over it right now."

Liam smiled and gently kissed Rusty's head. "I am right. You'll see..." He said.

Collenne blinked and slowly raised her gaze to meet his. "You really think so...?" She asked in a soft voice.

Rusty hugged Liam loosely.

Alex nodded. "I know so." He said softly. "Look, Liam and I fight... all the time, right? I've never said something that really hurt him that I haven't beat myself up over. Like what I said last night, I knew it hurt him and I regretted it the instant it dawned on me what I said. Rusty loves you, he's beating himself up over it. He probably wants you to forgive him. I know I would."

Coco sighed and took a deep breath before sitting up. "I want to... Just not today... I can't.. or can I? I don't know. Even if he didn't mean it, I don't think I can forgive him right off the bat..." She said softly in a gentle voice.

Alex nodded. "I know, love. You don't have to. Just... eventually. Atleast talk to him, yeah?"

Collenne glanced up at him and gave a small nod. "Okay." She smiled a little.

Alex nodded and gently kissed the top of her head. "You wanna go back to Rusty, California, my place? Wanna go somewhere else? What?" He asked, not really sure if she wanted to be around Rusty at this moment.

Liam hugged Rusty tightly. "Just don't do anything like that again... because I will hurt you even though I love you because it would be for your own good and your sister is better for my brother than those...... not.... suitable.... girls he usually dates-slash-hangs around with and if you mess that up you will be on my hitlist forever. But if they mess it up, then.... yeah...." He went on a tiny rant.

Rusty shook his head and sighed a little. "I won't.. once is all I can handle..." He still felt like crap, for telling his only family member, technically, what he told her. He looked up at Liam. "Never again." He said quietly.

Collenne slowly stood and carefully pulled Alex to his feet. "I wanna go on a walk, with you, after you put some clothes on." She said honestly, looking at him with a soft expression.

Liam nodded, satisfied.

Alex blinked a few times and nodded with a grunt as he stretched a little. "Okay. I'll go put on some clothes." He said before starting to walk off. "But you stay right here. I will be right back. I mean it. Do. Not. Move."

"I'm not going anywhere, I promise." She sighed softly and shifted into her cat form before curling up under her bike, remembering what happened last time, she decided not to lay on the seat.
~..A Couple Minutes Later..~
The sound of footsteps from a little boy wandering around cause her ears to twitch a little and she opened her eyes lazily. The boy knelt and peeked under the bike. "Hello there little kitty, you lost?" Coco took a few steps back and growled lowly, much like a stray. "It's okay little kitty. I won't hurt you." She continued to back up before pouncing over the bike and running. The boy stood and followed her. "Wait!" She just ran without really knowing where she was going.

Alex had put on pants and kinda sorta a shirt and was heading back when he saw Coco running from a little kid. He instantly went into action and scooped her up when she was running close to him and in his direction. "There you are! I've been looking for you all day." He said, rather easily as he scratched Coco behind the ears. "Sorry kid. This is my kitty. There's one around the corner there though."

Coco mewed quietly and nudged his finger gently. The little boy looked up at Alex and made that face that little kids made before they started to cry. (you know the one :P)

Alex's eyes got really wide for a second when he recognized "THE FACE". He looked around cautiously. "Okay. No, no, no. Nono... Don't-D-Don't cry... Um.... Here have some candy!" He said, hurriedly shoving some candy in the kid's hand before running off, still holding Coco.

The kid sniffled a little but left happily with his candy. Coco nuzzled Alex and mewed again. =^-^=

Alex would never admit that he had been scared of a little kid for just a minute, not even to save his life. He looked down at Coco and smiled before gently kissing the top of her head. "Boy you're lucky I always seem to show up at the right time." He said with a small chuckle. He knew he'd always be there for her, even if there came a time when she absolutely didn't want him around anymore. 'I'm gonna marry this girl one day...' He thought to himself, making the decision then and there. He just didn't know when yet. 'Eventually...'

Collenne purred and let her tail sway. '~ I know and I'm thankful that I have you.~' She licked his cheek and mewed happily.

Alex chuckled that lovely laugh of his as he shook his head a little. "Okay, as long as you appreciate my efforts to make you all princess like..." He teased in that British accent of his that made it all silky and heart-melting, at least to most people. His charm didn't work on a select few.

Coco would giggle if she could and placed a light paw on his cheek, careful not to claw him accidentally. '~As long as your my prince... even if your not... I'll always appreciate you efforts.~' She 'said' "even if your not" because she still had that fear of him leaving.. She didn't know why but she just couldn't shake the thought because of a past relationship that she thought would last a lifetime but he just left.. It was a fear that haunted her everyday after that. Collenne loved Alex just as much as she loved her brother but on different terms, losing him would be the end of her world and she knew it. '~Please don't ever leave.....~' She mewed softly in sad tone.

Alex gently kissed the tip of her kitty nose and spoke softly, seriously, and honestly as he said, "I'm never going to leave you, ever. That's one thing I can damn sure promise you will never happen is me leaving you." Then he tried to lighten the mood. "Even if you cussed me out and did everything possible to get rid of me..." Then he thought of a Nickelback song. "Well you can dig me up a grave
And try and stick me in the ground
Well you can tie me to the bed
And try and beat me half to death
But you can never keep me down
Well you can stick me in a hole
And you can pray all day for rain
You can shoot me in the leg
Just to try to make me beg
And you can leave me there for days " He sang, with a small smirk. He was just being his doofus-ass Alex self.

Coco turned bright pink, so it was obvious through her short, sandy colored fur. She then jumped down when she saw that no one but them were in the area before shifting back into her human form so she could walk beside him, gently interlacing her arm with his and rested her head on his shoulder as they walked. She was happy, still blushing, but very very happy.

Alex smiled and gently kissed the top of her head. He walked at a leisurely and comfortable pace, just enjoying... everything. "So did you like my boxers?" He asked, having to be stupid.

Collenne blinked a few times and shook her head lightly but giggled a little.

Alex looked hurt for a second, of course he was faking. "B-but... I picked them out just for you..." He said with a slight pout on his face and the cutest look in his eyes.
