So I signed up for the gym about 3 weeks ago and go about 3 times a week.
I'm trying to lose weight as well as tone up a bit so I want to know what kind of routine would be best? I know everyone's body is different so just share what works best for you?
I've been on those crossover machines, the treadmill, bike.. a lot of cardio machines and I do a 30 minute stretch. Then I switch over to weights and work on the upper body and arms. I don't lift anything more than 30 lbs. I also work my abs and do maybe 28 crunches? Or are they sit ups idk lol
Been out of shape for since high school (now I'm 19.. so PE?)
But anyway what routine would you recommend?
