It didn't say, but I myself ripped off some skin the first time I tried waxing on my own. >.> Was very painful.

Lol. I doubt that. The flesh eating virus lives on top of a lot of people's skin. All it takes is a scrape and not cleaning it to get it.

Welcome :D We're quite random ^^
@Ely: She's not bitching, it's more like trying to lecture me about why it's a good idea to comb my cat since he has fleas and explaining why. There are so many times where I want to just yell at her "look, I lived with dad on our own for 2 years without you, and I'm 23yrs old and will be graduating from uni this year... I am not retarded or stupid. I know what to do."

Ah. My mom's asking me for the fifty thousandth time why my ex would be so insane and do what he did to me. All I can say is: I know he was fucked in the head, I can't tell you why. >.>
My mother harps on these things. She doesn't know when to leave well-enough alone.

Ah. My mom still rants about my exes. I find it funny though. She has a nickname for the last one...
She has a nickname for all of them actually. o_o I just realized that my mother nicknames all my boyfriends.....

Ah. My ex has been nicknamed "shithead" for many months now by my mother.
@Ser: My mum doesn't do that. I have to explain a lot to her, actually. She doesn't know much about anything. Except for the medical field. She knows that...but other things...nuuuu...

Mine feels the need to explain to us why she doesn't feed the dog before she leaves to visit her boyfriend and the reason why we need to let him out after he eats.
She explains why I have to comb my cat a lot. I know it helps him a little. But i want the fleas gone. -.-

See. I have to genuinely explain that stuff to my mother. It's not that I feel the need to, it's that I have to or she won't understand. After five thousand explanations, she still doesn't understand that water does not have the disinfectant properties of an actual counter cleanser. >.>

Ely:: My mom calls my ex "dumb little fucker" but you know, it works. She doesn't talk about him now unless I bring him up because I've asked her not to, and she doesn't talk about the others. If she does talk about him now, she calls him Glitter Boy. >_> Lol.

Yeahhhh. When we first broke up all that time ago I told her not to call him that, but after the last little escapade that caused me to change my cell number last month, I agree with the name and no longer care. I've also recently banned his name from being spoken in my presence at all. :stare: Even if it's not him it's referring to.
----------
@Ser: Mhm. You would think that she'd understand (having gone to nursing school) that cleaning things with straight water promotes the growth of bacteria worse than the likes found on a toilet seat.

I have one ex who is an unmentionable. The people who know his name don't ever say it and a lot of people don't know his name because I don't say it anymore. Makes me think about things I don't want to think of.
Your mom is...wow. Just wow...

This ex is definitely an unmentionable now. At least my dad has the sense not to mention him.
My mom is an odd ball. One of those parents you wouldn't have been friends with if you weren't related to them, lol. She's got long standing depression and anxiety, and she's bullheaded because of these things (if that makes sense). She'll do certain shit just to spite you sometimes, lol. The cleaning the counters with water is one of them. We give her Lysol wipes, but nope. No cooperation. Apparently taking the time to wet down a sponge, wring it out, and then mop the counter is easier than pulling out a wipe and doing it the right way.

I know, right? She also washes the front of our black, mirror like, refrigerator with water. It makes it ungodly streaky, and my dad and I have to go back and clean it after she does that. >.>
