What do you think would be the best way for a newb to earn gold?

It really depends on what you like, I think. If you're a lurker, the games are great, especially if you get good at them as you can earn up to 250 gold per day on your account plus on your one mule account. If you like chatting there's that - and if you like roleplaying, I have heard that can be a super way to earn gold as the more you chat the more you earn.

Get into a interesting conversation with someone. Time will fly and before you know it you'll be backstroking in a huge pool of money.

You could either play some games or go around and post your opinion on the forums. .-. Or draw and sell your artwork, if you know how to draw. o.o;

The event should be really helpful. This was a great time for you to join.

I'm doing really well by gaming and using the pies you get from the event to buy items in the event shop and selling them back. I started today with 500 gold.

Post in Forums, if you don't wanna do that, you could play games and earn a little more gold.

I haven't found a good way.

Roleplays are good...if you have someone who replies a lot....but that's rare.

Games are good....for 250 gold which isn't much in my mind.

And gold grants are small unless you make long posts (which are rare for me, maybe not for you)

Proof: I got under 6 gold for this post.

I don't log in here all that often, but usually I find staying around for the events and posted a few times here and there helps a lot. The games are also good, 250 gold isn't a lot but it does add up eventually.

what have you found to be the best way to earn gold?
i am awful at most of the games i have tried so far.
but the event has helped out a lot.

And if that's the plan, you'll get even more money for selling them back, once the event ends.


Honestly, I think everyone got it.
A mixture of games, and good conversation is the way to go.

And if you've got some sort of service (like you can draw, especially digitally) maybe you could open up a shop at some point.
