The Great Mouse Detective is set in London Basil and Dr. Dawson live in 221b 1/2 under the famouse 221b Baker St. Ratigin is the villain and you should so see it. Oh and Basil Rathbone who, I do believe, was the first one to portray Sherlock has a cameo as the voice of Sherlock near the start of the movie.
