B A B Y C O C K: Lol, same here. But if I were in your position, I'd feel bad about staring a such a vulnerable person like that. Would feel kind of awkward for me. XP Plus, I'd probably get distracted staring at the blood and guts and stuff. XD;

Arikana: - yeah, it was pretty bad, the worst flooding in 40 years! We were really lucky, only a little water in our basement because we took a lot of precautions several months before to avoid water getting in the house but my brother was in one of the worst spots so he ended up with almost 3 feet of water in his basement. =( Two people died as a result of the flooding. One got swept away while he was trying to help someone else and another one was in her car when suddenly there was flash flooding and it pulled her car into the river. It was awful since they weren't doing anything foolish, it just happened.

crunky: Wow, boy am I ever thankful I don't live in easily flooded places. Hopefully everyone affected will be able to take care of their houses soon, if they haven't already.
Also: Sad to hear people died in the flooding, a lost life 'tis a lost life, no matter how one passes away. :3

Swarley: - exactly, it was so sad. They tried to save the man but they couldn't get to him and it happened so fast with the woman that there was no chance. It's horrific the amount of damage water can do.

Anyways, and 'tis not just water. For all forms of weather can be horrific if in extremely large amounts. :3

Hopefully the bodies of the deceased have at least been recovered so that their families can lay them to rest properly. :3

Arikana: - okies, I won't ping...it...xD Yes, I am very glad they could find the bodies. It took a few days to find the man though since he was swept away. I am always impressed locally at how hard the rescuers try to find people. They don't give up hope even if it appears there is none left.

Well, it would be the right thing to do. :3 But then again, it can be quite hard sometimes to find people doing the right thing...especially since the right thing can be quite hard to accomplish sometimes.

I'm not big on going far over the marketplace value anyways but just to be safe, maybe you could add about 150 gold to your offer? D': I mean, for you it would be an investment anyways.
