Yeah, I know. And I learned the hard way when I went for a program last year...but one other thing I learned was the program wasn't for me. It was very interesting, but just not suited for me. :3 So now I'm looking into something else and actually trying it out via volunteering before I apply for it so that I'll know whether or not I'd like it or not and also whether or not I'd want to do it for a career or not. :3

Arikana: Yeah :/ I think we all know that feeling regarding one event or another. I've only attended one event in about 2 years of being on Mene, and that was Xmas '10, lol. I'm looking forward to Halloween & Xmas this year, but would really like to be around for some of the other events in the future :'3

I'm fabulous, thank you! I had some friends over and it was a lot of fun! We had a bonfire and made S'mores, and for dinner we cooked on the grill. We played games and blew bubbles, etc. It was my early Birthday get-together + Bon Voyage mini-party; I'm leaving the place I work at now and moving about 40 miles southwest of where I live. Lots of crazy / exciting stuff going on for me lately.

And how about yourself? BTW I am lovin' your avatar as well. The colors are beautiful and really pop out and catch your attenion. Lovely. A very smooth look too.

Aw <3 I don't usually do anything like what I did this year xD It was mostly because of my leaving work, I wanted to hang out with my buddies from work one last time before I leave. We'll still meet up, but not as often because of the distance. I live in a small town (about 1.1k pop) and there aren't a lot of job opportunities. I've been at the same place for 4 years now and honestly I hate it. It's not run well and I dislike being treated badly. I'll be 22 in about 10 days and I'm sort of at that point in my life when I want to do all kinds of things and find myself.

I want to learn how to sew! And I want to go to more anime conventions! And go workout with my sister, and do more summer activities, be more social offline, etc. That's who I'm moving in with for now, one of my older sisters. Just to get me on my feet in a new city. I'd like to eventually take up come college classes, but I'm not sure which ones yet.

There's usually always something that can be tweaked or looked at in a different way with avatars. I like how friendly, helpful, polite yet honest everyone is when it comes to avatars on Mene. I also like the items and body.
