"I'll take the fourth and final slot," Zero said, although he would probably be with the others as well. Sometimes being a Reploid had its benefits, plus something seemed wrong with Max.

Max started her watch and tried to calm down. She knew being distracted wouldn't do anyone any good.

Zero activated his black armor and kept an eye on things as well. He trusted Max, but wasn't sure if she was in the right state of mind.

Max hadn't seen anything suspicious during her watch, but was glad when Carly took over. She feel asleep quickly , hoping she could feel rested.

Carly kept an eye on things around her, although she was distracted a little about her friend's behavior ever since they found out about the scientists and what they were doing. 'Could all of this be bringing back bad memories for her?' she thought to herself before she thought she saw something glint off the moonlight in the street below her.

Zero saw something glinting in the moonlight and activated his scanners, loosening his sabre in case it was one of the scientists of the combat division that tried ambushing them earlier.

Eve woke up suddenly from a bad dream. She hoped they were safe here, not wanting to ever be caught.

Max tossed and turned in her sleep as she relived a memory from when she was in The School alongside with her friends. In the dream, she and her friends were running away from a set of Erasers chasing them in the laboratory. Before they could escape they were trapped...and that was when Max woke up with a start, suppressing the urge to shout as she realized it was just a nightmare.

Zero turned on his night vision before letting out a small sigh of relief. 'Good, just a false alarm,' he thought as the light from the moon showed that it was just a piece of scrap. He then saw Taylor come out and take over for Carly.

Taylor kept watch. He had noticed that Max had been tense all day and was getting worried. He didn't see much outside except for a stay dog.

Carly walked into the room that she shared with Max and some of the other female Bishies and saw Max sitting up. Getting closer to her friend, she noticed that Max was lightly crying. "Max?" she asked in a hushed tone, not wanting to accidentally wake up any of the other bishies.

" Carly?" Max said quietly not wanting to wake the others up. She couldn't stand the nightmares.

"I'm here, Max," she said softly as she got into the bed next to her Bishie, noticing the condition she was in. "You've been having nightmares again...haven't you""

" I have. They have been gone a while, but with what's been happening they have resurfaced. " Max said.

Carly pulled Max into a hug, comforting her Bishie just like she did in the past.

Max was glad Carly understood. She hoped all this would end soon.

Carly continued to hold Max until the avian fell back asleep. Soon after, the trainer also fell asleep.

Zero took over for Taylor a few hours later, knowing that he was taking the last shift of the evening. If he was a betting reploid, which he wasn't, he would bet that the scientists would wait a few days before trying another attack.

Taylor was glad to get back to sleep. He was worried the scientists wanted them to get comfortable before they attacked again.

Zero watched Taylor head inside before most likely going to sleep. He wondered when the scientists were going to attack and either try to take Alex or their "sister" Yugito. 'I'd like to see them try that...' he thought with a small grin.

Sora woke up the next morning and would take over the next shift. He knew they probably wouldn't be going anyplace until they defeated the scientists.

It had been a week since the combat specialists had made an attack on Alex and the others, making most of the soldiers restless. The leader was told to wait until further orders as to when to attack again, and finally, they received the orders just a few hours ago. However, while they were waiting, some members were giving tasks of reconnaissance and wrote down what they were doing during the day and night.

"Alright team, get ready. We'll be attacking them at 0700," the leader said as other members hollered and cheered, getting themselves into an organized frenzy.

Sora kept his eyes out for anything strange. He knew it had been too quiet and had a feeling an attack would happen soon.

The leader ordered his men to get into position, waiting for when the trainers and Bishies were just waking up, hoping to catch them in the confusion of being in-between being awake and asleep.
