Alex fought to keep the grin off his face and nodded. "Alright then, I'll stay around here and see what comes up then," Alex said, promising to keep in touch with both Taylor and Carly, as well as making sure something was left for Carly and Max to take their frustrations out on.

" Let us know if you need any help." Taylor said before he and Carly left.

"I will" Alex responded as he re-entered the gym after the other two left. He hoped that Greg would show up sooner or later.

Taylor and Carly had been waiting back at the hotel. He hoped Alex would call with some information soon.

Alex worked with his Bishie as he trained them, keeping an eye out for anybody matching the description of Greg until the gym closed for the day. Once outside and the gym closed for the night, he saw what looked like a red-haired male sneak into the gym. Deciding that it was worth the risk, Alex sneaked back inside the gym and made his way towards the male.

Greg went back to the gym. He needed a few of his things before left town. He knew he was in trouble. Someone was blaming him for some attacks on a couple trainers. He didn't even have a black dragon, but he knew who did.

"Greg?" Alex asked from behind him, keeping his anger in check. He would wait to see what he said to defend himself before taking any form of action.

" Can I help you ?" Greg said with his guard up . " I'm not the one responsible for the attacks. I left so I could clear my name."

Alex raised an eyebrow and gritted his teeth for a few seconds before letting them unclench. "How do I know you aren't responsible for the attacks? For all I know, you're lying straight to my face," Alex said, clearly trying to keep his anger at bay. It would be so easy to attack him after all.

" I don't have a black dragon. You can check my Bishies for your self. I do know who has one. My former friend Bryce does. I want to make him pay for ruining me."

Alex asked for information on a Greg Michaels, after he was supplied his last name from the trainer. The Bishiedex gave him the information that he had a Hiei and a Kurama, as well as an Axel, but no dragon especially no black dragon. "Alright, I believe you. But why would your friend betray you?" He asked before remembering that Taylor talked to Bryce earlier and quickly called Taylor through his Bishiedex, hoping it wasn't too late.

" I don't know. We haven't been friends for years thoguh. He likes to mess with people." Greg said.

Taylor heard his Bishidex ring and answered it. " Did find anything out?" He asked Alex.

"Yeah I found something alright...Greg was set up." Alex said as he explained what he found out and about how Bryce set him up. "Now then, I'm sure Carly and I have two questions for Bryce, but that's right after we give him a few bruises." He said before ending the call and closing his Bishiedex and turning to Greg.

"Have any idea where he might be?" Alex asked.

" Possibly in the next town over. It's much bigger and is rumored to be the headquarters of some sort of criminal organization. But that's just what I heard from some trainers a few days ago. " Greg said.

"Really now? I wonder..." he thought out loud.

"You think that those kidnappings are connected to the town ? I heard about them on the news the other day." Greg wanted Bryce to pay for what he did to him and the other trainers.

"I do think they're connected, but how I have no clue," he said. "Anyways, you can do whatever it is you need to do, and I'll leave you alone," Alex said before quietly leaving Greg to do whatever he needed to do.

Greg would stay at the gym. They needed him , and he left ,heading toward his apartment.

Alex headed back to the hotel where Taylor and Carly were waiting for him. He was a little annoyed that Greg wasn't the person that had the Black Dragon, but at least they had an idea of where to go next, assuming that Carly wanted to come with them.

Taylor hoped Alex would be back soon. It was getting late. He felt bad that he had been duped by Bryce. Taylor would get even and knew he would get stronger.

Alex headed towards the hotel, making sure that he wasn't being followed. Once inside the hotel, he made his way towards the hotel room that he shared with Taylor and Carly.

Taylor had fallen asleep. He had wanted to stay up and wait .

(Just for the record, I don't know anything about Max or anything about that series)

Alex let himself in quietly, seeing Carly still awake. "Couldn't sleep?" he asked softly, making sure that she saw him first so that she wouldn't freak out. Seeing her nod, he asked her what was wrong.

Just worried . I'm glad you are back . Did you find anything out about the black dragon?" Carly asked.

"Just that it wasn't Greg who had the Black Dragon, but Bryce. Although, Greg did say he heard rumors about the next town having some connections with the kidnappings over the last few months. I don't want to get your hopes up but..." he said.
