" Not really." Deanna giggled." Ready to go?" She asked.

Thalia nodded, a little curious as to how well Deanna's cooking was before an idea hit her, although she would have to test it first.

Deanna went back to the apartment and hoped Thalia like her cooking. She didn't think she was a bad cook but not as good as Carly was.

Thalia followed Deanna to the apartment, keeping her senses open in case anything happened.

Deanna unlocked the door and got the stuff she needed. " Hope you like it. " She said with a smile as she cooked.

Thalia nodded lightly and said that she was going to look around the apartment.

Deanna nodded and started the sandwiches. She put them on plates and called for Thalia a while later. She hoped her new friend would like her cooking.

Thalia was browsing the library when she heard Dea call her name.

" Hope you like it. How does water sound to drink. " Deanna offered feeling bad that was all that she had.

"water sounds fine, thank you," Thalia said.

Deanna nodded and filled two glasses with water. She then took The plates to the small table in the kitchen.

"Thanks," Thalia said as Deanna placed the plate of food and glass of water down in front of her. Picking the sandwich up, she took a bite.

Deanna was nervous that Thalia wasn't going to like her cooking and hoped she didn't look nervous. She also took a bite and was glad she had brought some food.

Thalia noticed the nervousness in Deanna's face as she swallowed. After doing so, she was surprised at how good it was. "It's very good," she replied.

"I'm glad you like it. What foods do you like?" Deanna asked hoping that would make cooking easier.

"I'm not real picky about what I eat," Thalia admitted before taking another bite.

Deanna nodded. " Then I can surprise you. " She said taking a drink of water.

"Indeed you can," Thalia said with a small smirk. She was, indeed, starting to like Dea more and more. Mentally chuckling, she mockingly thanked the scientists for allowing her to meet Deanna.

Deanna smile and was glad that today had gone well. She was glad she had become a trainer." Anything else I can get you?" She asked.

"I'm good for right now, thanks Dea," Thalia said before thinking for a few seconds. "Deanna...I'm glad to have met you, even if it was because of the scientists," she said.

" I'm glad to have met you too." Deanna said with a smile.

Eric looked at his watch, impatiently waiting for his contact. He would wait a few minutes more before leaving a message in his place, along with a threat.

Thalia hurried to the meeting spot worried that she would be late. " Sorry I took so long. " She said when she arrived.
