" Hey guys! Glad to see you all made it." Tracy said with a smile once everyone was there." This is my fiance Daniel " She said.

" It's nice to finally meet you all." Daniel said with a smile.

"It's nice to meet you as well Daniel," Alex said with a grin of his own before noticing Max heading close to Daniel as well.

"Daniel...I'm sorry. It was because of me..." Max started to say. She rarely got like this, but it was her fault. If it weren't for the School chasing after her and Carly then Daniel would never have been turned into an Eraser to hunt them.

" Dont blame yourself Max. I hated being an Eraser but it made me realize how good my life is. I hope you accept my apology for being one. " Daniel said. He still felt guilty for the terrible things he had done.

"You need not apologize to me...you were forced into becoming an Eraser, not choosing to become one," Max said.

Daniel nodded and smiled.

" Are we ready to eat? I've heard very good things about this restaurant. And don't worry about price. I'll pay. " Tracy said with a smile.

Max was glad that Daniel didn't hold anything against her and nodded to Tracy's question. She had a feeling that everyone was starting to get hungry as well.

Carly was hungry since she and Max had forgotten about lunch that day. She really hoped the food at the restaurant was good.

Tracy led them to the restaurant that she told them about. Seeing the mermaid sign out front, she grinned lightly and remembered why she was drawn to the place. The name of the place was "The Mythical Mermaid"

" How many for your table?" The hostess asked. She was glad that new people were coming here and things seemed to be going well since they had opened a few weeks ago.

Alex silently counted as he waited for Tracy to answer the hostess' question. Only Jean, Rikku and Yugito were hungry enough to get some food, everyone else had said they had already eaten. And then there was Zero who didn't need to eat...well, not human food anyways.

(I think I have the number right.)
"We have twelve in our group." Tracy said with a smile.

" Follow me ." The hostess said and grabbed a stack of menus. " Our specials are Fried clams and fries or coconut shrimp combo." She said as they walked.

(Alex with Jean, Rikku and Yugtio; Carly and Max, Deanna with Sakura and Thalia; Eve and Kirito, Salem, Taylor and Sora, Daniel, Tracy and Eragon, right? Or am I wrong here?)

Alex mentally chuckled to himself, knowing that Yugito would love this place, especially with what they have for the specials.

( You are right. I was the one who was wrong.)

Yugito really wanted the clams and decided she would order that for dinner . She hoped there weren't other thing that sounded good though.

Rikku liked the sound of the flounder and decided to get that for dinner, if nothing else looked or sounded good on the menu as she followed the others to the private room for them all.

" Your server will be here soon. " The hostess said once everyone had sat down.

Taylor would get the fish burger since he was hungry for a sandwich of some kind. Sora decided on the tuna melt , since it sounded very good to him.

Alex looked through the menu quietly for a few seconds before deciding on some fish and chips. 'After this, I'll see if I can talk to Saphira and Angelus for a while,' the Bishie trainer thought.

" Are we ready to order? " The server asked. He was happy that this was a big crowd.

Alex looked over to the others, all seeing them nod. "I believe we are, sir," he stated politely.

The server left after he had taken all the orders and smiled. He was happy that things in this town were going well after all the fighting that had happened.

As they waited for their orders, everyone started with some small talk, each person talking about their day. Alex was actually glad that Tracy had requested a private room for all of them.

Tracy was glad she was able to get a room for everyone. From what she had been told it was hard to make reservations here on short notice.

Sora chuckled lightly as he heard of one of Alex's adventures during the day, still surprised that the trainer did so much. Then again, it was because of him that they were able to get so much done. And yet unlike other people he knew, he didn't care about the rewards or benefits of doing so, he noticed that Alex did it just because it was the right thing to do.

Thalia was glad to hear of how Alex had fought of the scientists and was looking forward to travelling with him and the others when the time came, but she didn't know when that time was and hoped to know when they could look for Deanna and Carly's mother.

Sakura was surprised to hear all about Alex and his adventures, though she was glad that she was able to hear them all the same. 'It's nice to know that we have someone strong to help Deanna and Carly find their mother,' she thought before spying the waiter coming back with their food and drinks.

" Here we are. " The waiter said and was glad that he had help with all the food." Let me know if you all need anything else." He said after all the food was distributed.
