" I'll be back and get the healing potion. " Taylor said and gave a wave to Elisa and Lynn as they approached.

"Taylor?" Elisa asked, curious as to what he was up to.

" I'm getting a healing potion. A small drop in the tea will help Ruby get over her cold.

"Thanks Taylor," Elisa said with a smile on her face, especially since she hadn't thought of it herself.

Taylor gave a smile back and hurried to grab the potion. He wondered what the others would think of the story they would tell them.

Elisa saw that the tea had finished and took it off the burner. Placing the tea bag into a mug, she poured the heated water over it.

" Here's the potion. Be careful to only add a drop to the tea. " Taylor said wanting Elisa to do it herself. He was looking forward to helping her work to be a good trainer.

"Thanks," Elisa said with a small smile as she took the potion from Taylor's hands before putting a drop of the potion in it before heading back to Ruby.

Deanna woke up and smelled breakfast in the air. It was different sleeping in the same room as Carly, since they hadn't shared a room for many years.

Alex woke up with a small yawn before feeling someone next to him. Looking over and seeing Yugito, he chuckled silently before shaking his head lightly. Rubbing her ears lightly, he spoke softly, "Neko-chan, time to get up," he said.

" Do I have to? It's nice and warm here." Yugito said and tried to wake up.She was glad that they had made it safely to this small town.

"Well you could, but then you'd be missing breakfast..." the trainer said.

" Don't want to do that." Yugito said and sat right up.

Alex chuckled lightly. "I'm sure you don't. Come on Neko-chan," he said.

" Wake up sleepy heads. We don't want to miss breakfast. " Carly said. She was feeling a bit nervous about going to the gym with Elisa today and hoped that her mom was there.

Deanna heard her sister say that it was morning and time to wake up, but she really didn't want to. She was very warm and comfortable in the bed that she slept in last night and didn't want to move.

" We don't want to miss breakfast. It smells like Lynn made cinnamon rolls. " Carly said trying to get everyone up.

Dea rose slowly after hearing that, especially since had always enjoyed cinnamon buns as a child. Her sister said it was because their mother made the best cinnamon rolls, but she wasn't too sure about that. "Alright alright I'm up," she said after rubbing the last remains of sleep from her eyes.

Eve finished getting dressed and smiled. " You guys ready to eat?" She asked and was eager to start the day.

Salem and Kirito nodded to Eve's question. He was also a little worried about what the day would contain, especially since he was about to see firsthand what this evil device was capable of. He was just glad that there was a way to cure Carly and Deanna's mother. 'I just hope it works,' he thought silently.

Lynn was glad everyone was awake and that the weather was cooperating for once." So what plans do you all have today?" She asked once everyone had started eating their breakfast.

"I'm pretty sure we'd all like to know who the new Bishie on the couch is, and how she's there in the first place," Carly said with curiosity in her voice.

" That's Ruby." Elisa said and told everyone about her and Taylor saving Ruby from the cold. Elisa hoped that Ruby would be her Bishie once she finally was a trainer.

"That's interesting. Elisa, do you think you may be an empath?" Alex asked. He had heard stories about empaths before on his journey and knew that some empaths gained strong bonds with their Bishies. Some even had relationships with them from what he heard and even though it was considered a taboo, Alex didn't care one way or the other about it.

" The more I think about it , the more I think I might be an empath. My grandma was one and always seemed to know how I was feeling."Elisa said.
