"Hopefully Salem was able to do what he needed to bring your mom back..." Max said. She hated to see Carly like that.

" I hope he was too. We better get some sleep. Remember we are making cinnamon rolls. " Carly said.

"True...perhaps we can bring some to Mary? Maybe seeing and tasting one of your cinnamon buns using her recipe will jog her memory..." Max said with a light yawn.

" Maybe we could. " Carly said and yawned.

"Are you sure it's safe to sleep with Artunia here?" Max asked.

" I suppose so. " Carly said hoping she wasn't wrong in trusting Artunia.

"Alright...I just hope we're not misplacing our trust in her..."

" I hope not either. " Carly said and closed her eyes.

Max sighed lightly before getting into the bed next to Artunia. If she had tried anything, Max would know immediately.

Deanna woke up early and was unaware of the events before. She was looking forward to cinnamon rolls this morning and was going to help make the sausage that would be served with the rolls.

Carly woke up early and sighed lightly when she saw that Max was still not trusting Artunia...not that she blamed the avian. They had hunted her and her friends for so long...shaking her head lightly, she got dressed and headed to the kitchen. Seeing her sister, she waved towards her.

Deanna waved and got out of bed and saw there was an Eraser in the room. She would ask Carly what had happened while she and her bishies had slept.

"After breakfast, we'll tell everyone what happened," Carly said with a promise.

( I saw that. My team lost this week but it still was a good game.)

" Okay. "Deanna said and quickly got dressed. She was one of those people who like to take showers at night to help them sleep, and Carly still thought that was odd. Deanna still was in shock over seeing her mom again and hoped Salem had been able to do something to help.

"I wonder if Salem was able to come up with a way to help mom..." Carly said softly as she brought out the ingredients for the cinnamon buns, glad that Lynn had them in her pantry.

Salem yawned and realized that he had fallen asleep where he had been working. He saw Eve and gave a smile and hoped the serum he had made would work to help Carly's mom.

Eve yawned as she woke up, shivering lightly due to the morning's low temperature. 'we fell asleep...' she noticed.

" Morning. Sorry that we ended up sleeping here. " Salem said with a grin and hoped they wouldn't be late for breakfast.

"I'm just glad this place has it's own heat..." Eve said, yawning lightly. "Did you and Articuno complete the cure?" she asked.

" We did. Now we need to figure our a way for Mary to drink it. " Salem said.

"Wasn't there something that I had to do as well?" Articuno asked as he awoke.

" I think so, but I can't remember what it was." Salem said and hoped he would remember soon.

"Let's hope" the mystical bird said

" I remember. " Eve said. " Articuno was to freeze the serum a little bit before it could be used. " She added.

Salem kissed Eve after saying that. "Thanks love," he said with a grin.
