" Glad you four made it." Deanna said and was concerned about Sora." Sora? Would you like some water." She asked.

"Yes, please," Sora replied.

"I'll be right back." Deanna said and got a cold bottle of water for Sora." Dinner will be ready soon." She said.

Sora took the water from Deanna, thanking her for it before drinking it down. The elements had battered at his heated shield the whole way there.

" Dinner should be ready. Mom, Eve and Kirito have been helping me tonight." Deanna said and went to the kitchen.

"I didn't know Kirito could cook..." Salem said, surprised.

" I didn't either." Taylor said.

"Any news from Carly and Alex?" Taylor asked, curious.

" Artunia is better thankfully. They won't be back for a couple more days to let Angelus rest. Carly is going to message here later on. " Deanna said and got the plates out.

"That's good to hear," Taylor said with a light grin. He was glad to hear the Eraser was feeling better.

" I'm glad too. Deanna isn't Carly messaging us tonight?" Eve asked.

"She'll be messaging me right after she finishes dinner and helping the others clean up," Deanna responded. She was still unsure if she would want to stay here and help her mother run the gym, or go back and help Tracy run hers. She'd have to ask her mom what she thought about it, but that was for later.

( Sorry about taking so long. Went right to bed after class last night.)

" That's good." Eve said and helped set the table up.

"Is there anything I can do to help?" Salem asked. The others stayed quiet, hoping that Deanna and the others wouldn't mind if they wanted to help clean up instead.

( no problem. )

" Could you set the silverware down please ? Deanna asked as she put the food in serving dishes.

Salem nodded as he began doing that for Deanna, the silverware already out on the counter top.

Deanna put the food on the table and smiled." I'll be right back." She said and went to get her mom.

Janet was tidying a few things up as Deanna finished setting the table, that way they wouldn't have to do so much cleaning later on. Seeing her daughter enter the kitchen, she asked if she had finished.

" It's ready. " Deanna said with a smile. " It's going to be good I promise. " She added.

Janet nodded with a smile. "I'm sure that you and your sister have worked on your cooking while I was gone," she said with a grin before leaving the kitchen area.

" We have, but Carly is the better cook. " Deanna said.

"I'll have to be the judge of that then. Now then, let's eat," Janet said.

Deanna smiled and was glad everyone was already sitting down.

"Dinner looks wonderful Deanna," Lynn said.

" Thank you." Deanna said and started to pass the food dishes.
