" It is?" Sakura said and gave a smile seeing that Deanna was still sleeping.

"It is," she said with a smile of her own. "Come on, we should let Dea lay for a while, I'm sure the two of us can get breakfast started."

Sakura nodded and got out of bed wanting Dea to get some rest.

Yang was training with Jean, extremely upset with herself about letting Elisa being captured. She had taken her weapon off so as to not accidentally blow a hole into any of the walls during the spar.

"What should we make?" Sakura asked hoping that pancakes or even eggs would be fine.

"How about some pancakes or waffles?" Thalia suggested.

" Sounds great. Waffles and bacon?" Sakura suggested.

"Sure," Thalia said. "Though I'm not the best of cooks," the demigoddess admitted.

" I can help teach you. "Sakura said. " Bacon isn't too hard since you can bake it. " She said and looked for the right pans.

"Alright" Thalia replied.

Sakura lined the pans with tin foil and then got the bacon out. " I'll start the oven and then we both can put the bacon on the pans. " She said.

"Alright. So why are we baking them? Can't we just put them over the stove?" Thalia asked curiously.

" It's quicker and it's cooks the bacon evenly. Never liked the grease splatters when I cooked it the other way. " Sakura said.

"That honestly makes good sense. Perhaps that why I never like bacon on top of my cheeseburger," Thalia admitted.

" Under cooked bacon is gross. Never liked it until I saw there was a better way to cook it. " Sakura said and set the oven.

"I usually stay away from bacon. If I do have a craving for it, I get turkey bacon" Thalia said with a light shrug.

" Turkey bacon is good. "Sakura said and looked for a waffle pan.

"So I've been told," Thalia replied with a light smirk. She actually liked times like these, but knew that it wouldn't last today: Today was the day they were going to find Elisa, the demigoddess of the Sky God was sure of it.

Ruby hadn't slept well and hoped she could fight effectively. Though she had a feeling it wouldnt be difficult to save Elisa.

Yang woke up slowly, still not feeling all that good about herself and the situation that she put her sister and partner through. They had to get Elisa back, they just had to do so.

" Hope you slept better than I did. " Ruby said seeing that Blake was still sleeping.

"Not that well, actually" Yang admitted with a light yawn, before smelling something good coming from the kitchen.

" Isn't it Deanna's turn to cook?" Ruby asked.

"I think so," Yang replied.

Deanna woke up to see Thalia and Sakura gone and smiled. She knew those two let her sleep longer and was happy they did.
