Saphira saw Angelus come closer. " Thank you so much for being here. I don't know why they are allowed to do this." Saphira said sadly .

Angelus draped a wing over Saphira. "I think they can get away with this because they know Bryce will let them since you're the 'traitor's dragon'" Angelus said, spitting the term out as if it was poisonous.

" But I know once Bryce is gone , they will wish that they hadn't been so cruel . I know Alex will be able to defeat Bryce." Saphira said in a low whisper.

"I would like to think that as well, but when it comes to humans...sometimes you can't really tell. Sometimes they feel really bad for their actions and claim it was because of the one leading them and sometimes...they will be happy that they hurt you in whatever way they can just because they can do so," Angelus said lightly. She still remembered the times when before Alex changed her minds about all humans being unable to change or be kind.

" Humans are complicated . Tracy was the first human to show me kindness . We disagree sometimes , but she says that's what friends do ." Saphira said .

Angelus nodded at that. "Alex and I still fight from time to time as well," she admitted.

" But I know we trust our Humans and they trust us." Saphira said.

"Exactly, which is why we're friends," Angelus said. She wanted to say more but didn't want to risk saying anything that could incriminate Alex.

" Thank you so much Angelus. " Saphira said . She was glad to have a friend like this.

"You're welcome. Now then, I think we should get some sleep, for I think Alex will need both of our help in the near future," she said, hoping it was true.

" Sounds like a good idea . " Saphira said with a smile .

Angelus watched Saphira fall asleep, hoping that she had dreams of her and Tracy taking on those guard together somehow. She made herself comfortable next to her friend as she slowly fell asleep herself.

Saphira fell asleep quickly and drempt of her and Tracy . She was glad it was happy dream .

Alex woke up in a cold sweat, the nightmare still fresh in his mind. That won't happen...I won't let it he thought to himself as he tried getting back to sleep. Seeing that he couldn't he sighed and pulled out his sketchbook and a regular pencil and started doodling, letting it calm him down and hopefully forget the horrible nightmare.

He sighed as he remembered it. The plan had started to go right, but after that everything went wrong. Bryce somehow healed himself and was able to take care of his Bishies, before going after his friends. The fact that he couldn't do anything about it either didn't sit well with him either.

Bryce needed a way to be able to defeat the Rebels . If the Dragon Council was against him ,he knew he was out matched .

Alex woke up slowly and prepared for the day, knowing that he would have to lie to Bryce before the end of the day.

"You okay Alex?" Max asked . She had slept fitfully for some reason . She had the feeling something was off, but couldn't quite place what it was.

"I'm fine, for the most part anyways," he said, yawning lightly.

Max nodded , hoping he was . She didn't like the feeling she had about what she had drempt , even though it was supposedly a good dream.

"What about you?" Alex asked. "You sleep okay?"

" I slept alright I guess . Had a weird dream though ." Max said tooling over to where Sora was still sleeping .

"oh?"

Max nodded. " It gave me the creeps . I was helping you with the plan and then suddenly things got bad . I just hope the bad part isn't true.

"What exactly went wrong, if you can remember?" Alex said quickly, not liking the idea that possibly both he and Max had the same nightmare.

" Something about Bryce being instantly healed. It was creepy." Max said .
