"A villainous bishie by the name of Bullseye," Artunia responded. "We should ask Carly if she can do some research on him when the three of us get back.

"Three?" Kenda asked.

"Well, how else are we going to treat that gash on your arm?" the female humanoid wolf responded with a question of her own.

" Yes the three of us. If Carly can't find anything ,Salem might be able to. " Max said.

"Alright fine, I'll come with you two," Hawkgirl said as she resigned herself to her fate. "But if anyone tries to catch me, I'm booking it out of there, understand?" She asked as she stared at the two, making sure they knew she was serious.

" We understand. " Max said and picked the other avian up.

" I'm suddenly feeling a little better. " Carly told Taylor.

Kenda grumbled lightly as Max picked her up, but knew that it would be faster if she was carried instead of flying herself. She still didn't like it though but kept the thought to herself.

"Really?" Taylor asked, surprised as he wondered what caused it. "Sorry. Do you need anything at all?" he asked.

" Water would be nice. " Carly said. " Thanks for spending time with me. It means a lot. "

"Don't mention it. Alex would be here for you but since he's so busy helping Matt, he asked me to keep an eye on you," Taylor responded before telling her that he'd be right back with that water.

Carly nodded and sat up. She did wonder if she would meet the bishie but wouldn't be surprised if she didn't.

Max and the others were currently at the doorsteps of the hotel that Matt had showed them to just a few hours ago.

" Glad you guys are here. " Eve said. " Matt has the Medroom ready. "

"Thanks Eve," Artunia said as Max put Kenda on her feet but kept a hand on her arm so as to stop her from running. The avian could feel that she was on the edge of bolting, especially with everyone already here.

" Don't worry. You'll be safe here. " Eve said to the nervous wild Bishe. She hoped Carly would have the chance to meet her though.

"I don't feel safe here," she admitted softly. Kenda hated how it made her sound. She was a prideful person and sounding like that, and admitting she didn't feel safe here, were blows to her pride.

Eve just nodded and smiled. " I'm Eve. " She said hoping to make the bishie comfortable.

Carly got out of bed and headed to the medbay feeling she needed to be there. " I wonder if the bishie made it?" She thought.

"Hawkgirl" Kenda responded, not wanting to give her real name just yet. Though she was surprised that the human would give her name first...most of the stories she had heard about trainers were that they were assholes.

" Nice to meet you. " Eve said. " Carly it's good to see you awake. "

"Carly, how are you feeling?!" both Max and Artunia asked, completely worried about her, especially with how she was feeling before they left.

" Much better. " Carly said and gave the newcomer a smile. " Hello there. "

Kenda nodded a hello back, though noticed that both Artunia and Max softened lightly. 'so this must be Carly that they've spoken so highly about...' she thought.

" Let's get you settled. I'm Carly by the way. " She said with a smile.

"Kenda," she replied instantly. "And...thank you, for sending your bishies to help me," she let out even if she didn't want to do so.

" Nice to meet you Kenda. " Carly said and saw gash on Kenda's arm.

"Max, why don't you get Kenda to the medbay?" Artunia asked, wanting to see how Carly was doing after not feeling well just a few hours before.

Max nodded and helped Kenda to the med bay. " Now I can get a better look at that gash. "

"Alright," Kenda replied as she made herself comfortable so that Max could take a better look at the gash in her arm. "Can I ask you a question?" she asked.
