"Yugito is doing alright and is healing, although I don't think she trusts humans at the moment," Alex said, which he somewhat understood. If he had been shot at by humans as a first encounter, then he too wouldn't want to do much with humankind.

" I'm glad she's alright."Taylor said, sad that Yugito was distrustful. He wouldn't want to deal with anyone who had hurt him either.

"I'm glad too, but I just wish I could get her to trust people like us." Alex said. Sighing lightly, he wondered what would happen today.

Carly wondered too and heard a knock on the door.

Alex heard a knock on the door as well and wondered who it was.

" It's me. " Simon said , hoping everyone was awake.

"You can come in," Taylor responded.

" Sorry about being so early. But I have something you guys might want to hear." Simon said when he came in and shut the door.

Alex was curious about what Simon said. "Oh?" he asked, urging the young man to continue.

" I have been staying with a friend of mine and he told me about the many number of wild Bishies that have been found badly injured. The police don't know why this is happening and think it might have to do with the fires." Simon said.

Alex raised an eyebrow at that news. "What happened to the other Bishies?"

" They had bullet wounds. Most are still recovering from them, but some of the ones found went missing before they could get help. " Simon said, concerned." How is the Bishie you found yesterday?"

"She's doing better, but a little distrustful of me, at least right now anyways," Alex said, surprised that the other Bishies had similar injuries. "I wonder..."

" About what ? " Carly asked curious.

"I was just wondering if Yugito would have seen the person or people who were shooting at her," Alex said, answering Carly's question.

" She could have. " Simon said, hoping Yugito had seen those responsible.

"Even if she did, I doubt she'll tell me," Alex said.

" Maybe she would if a Bishie asked her. " Taylor suggested.

"Maybe," Alex replied.

"Perhaps I could talk to her for you Alex. We have been together the longest," Jean suggested.

" I could come with. " Max offered, knowing what it was like to be hurt by humans.

"That's actually a good idea you two," Alex said, hoping that both Bishies could help convince Yugito.

Max was glad she able to help, knowing being able to trust humans made it easier for the Bishie to bond with the trainer.

Yugito heard a knock on the door and wondered who it was. Besides that human trainer who brought her in, she had no visitors. She sighed lightly before telling the person or people to come in. Seeing it was two Bishies, she subconsciously relaxed, but still kept her guard up, not knowing what they wanted.

" Hello. I'm Max and a friend of Alex." She said to Yugito introducing herself.

Before Yugito could ask, Jean also introduced herself, as well as being one of Alex's Bishies. After the introductions were made, Yugito was surprised. She was told that most trainers only used their Bishies for chores, jobs or battles...but it all boiled down to them being tools for the humans. "What do you two want? And why did Alex send a Bishie when he knows where I am?" she asked, narrowing her eyes lightly as to what she was told was being proven correct, or so she thought...and the fact that she was almost killed by humans didn't help any matters.

"We're trying to help and put away whoever did this to you and the other Bishies. Alex and the others are out looking for clues so that they can help," Jean replied evenly, knowing that Yugito didn't trust Alex at this point in time.
