Yeah. xDDD
My dad was doing this experiment on egg hens a few years ago (nothing that hurts them, just giving them some kind of...er, what's the word for it in English...Lactobacillus? *<--- looked that up on Wikipedia* to see if it would reduce the amount of harmful germs on their eggs after they laid them), so we visited a chicken farm to buy some chicks. There I saw a whole truckload of dead and dying newborn chicks and asked what was up with them. The owner told us that they were the male chicks, and since they were 'useless', they just toss them onto the truck to be carted off and made into chicken feed. I asked if I could have a few and the owner gave me three. Two of them died a few days later, and the one that survived had gotten some poop on his wing so I named him Foul/Fowl Wing. He was such a gorgeous white rooster. <3

Yeah. :c It was a grisly sight too because they tossed them into the truck almost as soon as they were born, so they were all still wet and bloody. Part of the reason why I asked was because I sort of wanted to save a few, even if it's only three and then two of them dying only days later...

But yes! Fowl Wing was so cute! I love how he makes these clucking noises whenever I lightly tap his back. He drives my dad crazy with his crowing all day long though. XD

Clock wanted to grow up on a farm,
it definitely never happened,
but Clock loves animals,
and wishes she could have had weird pets like that.

Me too. I would've loved to have a 'pet' cow. Living a farm would probably give me better access to finding myself a pet snake too. And it would be easy(ier?) to get food for the snake too...just set out some mouse traps and yay, food! xD
Buuuut nope. No farmers in the family. :c

none for Clock either.
Clock did a lot traveling though around Canada and America
when she was younger, so she can't really complain.

Traveled around the west side of the states as a kid during summer vacations too, but mostly I just saw tons of deserts, rocks, sand, and cactuses. -_-;

Clock loves cacti.
Clock spent christmas in Vegas when she was four,
Clock helped 'drive' the truck on the Rockies.

I do not like living in the country.
But I'm not sure sure I would enjoy the city any more than this.

I actually really enjoyed growing up in the country - I mean...there were fun things to do outside that DIDN'T involve shopping or otherwise spending money as a required component. I haven't found that to be true much of anywhere else. Santa Rosa isn't too bad; there are plenty of national parks we can go to, they're always changing and interesting...but still, we have to pay to get very far into them. I mean, if we park outside we can walk wherever we want, but we're students; we have neither the time nor the energy for a 10-mile hike uphill on a 7% or higher grade when we have homework due and classes to attend in at most two days.

o no
Clock is very much an outside person,
even if it is only to walk around for awhile.

Clock would love to be close to national parks,
but Clocks little speck of nature that is her home,
is good enough for Clock.

Not awkward at all, Coppelia! Welcome!

@Clock: Me too. I love being outside. It's just a lot more fun than being inside - even with video games and the internet. It's driving me crazy - where I am now, there are tons of great places we could go, but Cloud and I aren't allowed because they're not handicap accessible.

...even though honestly we'd have a lot more fun without the person that's a problem for...

But, I'll make sure we get to before we leave. Or after we're out of contact with her and she never knows we're coming. Or both!

@Clock: Just wanted to say I love your username, Clock. :O It's so cool sounding.

Since I'm new and all... I wouldn't mind getting to know ya'll. Are any of you in College?

@Clock: Hah hah, you can call me Coop if you want. xD It's funny sounding but I don't mind.

And oh? I'd ask you what made you not finish, but that might be personal so I won't lol...
I'm in College at the moment. I've been taking like a million classes at a time because my dad demands it, but it all gets so overwhelming. I always seem to fail at least 25% of my college courses each semester because of all the homework, studying, and sheer time I spend trying to juggle that and my job. I get practically no time to relax.

And now my good friend who was in alot of my classes withdrew from her classes and is going to go to a different college. So I'm all sad. ;_;

I'm in college too, though I'm taking a semester off to keep my fiance company while he's been kidnapped by his parents...and also take some of the work that's been loaded onto him off his shoulders. We're both majoring in aerospace engineering. It's pretty intense, but we're having fun and even finding time to take classes just for fun.

I can't wait to go back; Cloud's family is a pain.

Math can be pretty fun, actually. It just depends on how you look at it. Unfortunately, most math teachers only show it as about the most boring and useless thing ever. When are we EVER going to need to chart the height of a frog's jump by time?
