Me, I don't have a natural schedule. When I need to be up during the day, I'm a night owl. When I need to be up late, my body wants to go to sleep early to get up at sunrise.

We only need around 10 minutes of sunlight exposure a day to make enough Vitamin D I think. :o

Sun exposure alone actually doesn't give us enough vitamin D. So getting it in supplemental nutrition is good.
Especially for the majority of humans who now spend much less time than our ancestors did in the sun, what with working in places that have little to no sunlight, like retail and office jobs, those who work in movie theaters.. - most especially those who work at night, which throws out of wack any number of natural body functions.

I don't get any sunlight, pretty much.

Clock has been cooped up in the apartment the last two days,
cause of non-stop rain, Clock feels like she is going crazy.

I know that feeling...well no I don't, I like being cooped up.

Clock use to, not anymore though.
especially since she got her longboard.
