Oh how I have missed this thread!

I never have a problem with Firefox?

The issue with one tab freezing and ONLY the one tab is what I tend to get. The issue for me is, when that happens, it's always the tab I'm looking at, and making it let me move to another tab is like pulling teeth.

I wonder if other things are a factor.. I'm on a laptop using Windows 7 Ultimate with Firefox browser... I can usually use snaplinks to open up to 100 tabs at once in a single window (usually only use that for click exchanges on sites like Magistream) and it usually doesn't slow down activity levels for me. This is besides my usual home pages also being active.

Firefox was always crashing and freezing on me and I was getting aggrevated with it. I hate IE so I got Chrome and I LOVE it.

I haven't downloaded Chrome for my desktop and my laptop is still...elsewhere, so I haven't had much time on Chrome to figure out how to work it yet. @@

The world of browsers is a simple one for me.

Seem like the search bar and the url bar is the one and same for Chrome. Or, at least, I haven't been able to find a place to put a search bar onto the thing yet. Oh well. I give up. Win 8 is pissing me off enough as it is.

Search bars make me flip a table.

I only like the Google one. Everything else makes me want to kill something. Especially the unwanted ones that install themselves into your computer like Bing...>__>

Once a Flash update decided to instead Google Chrome to my computer even though I told it not to. == And I had to deal with that early in the morning.

I hate it when unwanted stuff downloads themselves into the computer! And then make it impossible for you to get rid of them again. >_<

I know! Talk about aggressive advertising.

Makes me wonder just how they expect to get users/contributors/etc if they annoy the shit out of everyone...-_-

I know, right? Once we had a door-to-door salesman like that. Kept trying to persuade us even after we said we weren't interested.

If I were a super hacker I'd go and destroy their stupid websites and their constant advertising and basically all their data. It seems that Bing is a part of Windows 8 or something because I keep seeing the name in my files and stuff and I have no idea how to get rid of it. -_-

Yeah. Windows 8 had a LOT of people bitching about it, with legit reasons.

It looked like it would be better used on a tablet.

Maybe...I've never had a tablet before yet, but some of the functions do seem better fit for a tablet than a desktop or laptop. I just hope they fix this mess with Windows 9.

I don't use my tablet for much. Every time I try to put an app on it, there's some catch that stops me from downloading it.

That's like me wanting to download games on my cellphone...the fun ones always demands that I share stuff with it like my cellphone's photos and location and information and stuff so I end up not downloading them. -.-

Ugh. One of the reasons I can't stand how The Sims 3 works. The Sims 4 is probably no different.

I don't have Sims 3, I vowed to never buy any of EA Games' stuff again over how crappy they are.

Sims is fun, sure, but the way they designed it means essentially you can never change a computer or your game's as good as useless because they don't let you install it into more than one computer and their customer service is crap.

I still love Simming. There's so much customization now.
