Hello everyone, how are you going?

Not doing too badly :) Just waiting for my job to start paying so I can save up and move the hell AWAY from my housemate. She's driving me to utter distraction, and the sooner I get away from her, the better. Seriously, my first pay can't come soon enough :(

Sounds like mine... Only mine's 100% dependant on me. When I have the money to move it's going to really screw her up.

And her reasoning is because she just won't go outside.

Mine is transitioning from male to female, and she's taking HRT to assist with the transition. It's making her very moody and extremely emotionally unstable, and it's driving me insane. I have to hold my tongue so much, because almost every day we've had a blue (or come close to having one) over the stupidest things. It's like living with a female version of my ex, and I hate having to stifle myself just to try and keep the peace in the household. I reiterate; cannot move out soon enough.

I know it might not seem like much to get upset about, but she is seriously difficult to live with. I can't even begin to put into words just how hard it is. She had a serious mental breakdown a few weeks ago, and I think that's left a bit of a scar on her mentally, not to mean on me *sigh* I've got depression myself (which has eased considerably), and her ... foibles aren't making it easier for me. She is good some of the time, but sometimes she's awful :(

Mine makes me feel like the oldest in the house, and she's 20 years my senior!

And she has a 20-something son that makes it hard to concentrate (he jumps around the house instead of walks, and yells across the house to talk to his mother). It makes it hard to concentrate to actually do just about anything.

Oh jeez. That sounds rather rough :/ If that were me, I'd probably invest in a good pair of headphones or something ^^; I thank my lucky stars I can drown my housemate out at any time I want. And I also thank my lucky stars for my job, which gets me out of the house a large time of the week. And my dancing.

I have cheapo headphones because they're more comfortable in my ears if I have to keep them in long term(ish). Though now I have church too twice a week (I love my church it's a small house church that's AWESOME)

Currently job hunting for something that'll pay better than the one that I have now which I'm barely able to pay bills with. doesn't help that living in this town is a lot more expensive than I'm used to.

That's nice when you can find a good place like that. I used to go to church many years ago, but I gave up on it, partly because I moved too far away, and partly because religion wasn't a strong thing with me ^^;

I was very lucky to get this job, 'cause the job market is very hard, and I don't have a lot of qualifications and experience in many fields. And I know the business owners, so that's a blessing in disguise :)

I'm okay at mine, it's just I would like something that I can actually plan around. I'm on call almost 24/7 and if I'm lucky I get 20 hours a week.

This one isn't bad so far. I'm just not that much of a fan of the long wait before my first pay comes through, but it's a very good pay, so I can live with the wait :) I've never done online marketing before, but I seem to be doing okay, so that's something, at least :)

Yeah, it's an entirely new field for me, but I think I'll get the hang of it, so that's something :) It's a lot better than telemarketing, that's for sure!

I'm actually craving Mochi right now. We don't have any in the house though. Need to fix that.

Now I want some mochi! But I just ate chicken tamales. I don't think that would go well together.

I wonder if I could make some chocolate mochi with a peppermint cream filling...well, I'm sure I could, but I wonder if it would be delicious. Better yet, Chocolate mochi wrapped around mint ice cream. Yum!
