What color are you painting your ceiling, llonka?
I'm still debating whether I paint our kitchen ceiling the same color as the walls, or do something else...

i painted the ceiling a really light blueish green color. it's pretty. i think i like the ceiling color better than walls.. but hopefully it will grow on me, or after we get all the furniture back in there it'll look better. it's better than brown though! :XP

"Ceiling white" is what all ceilings used to be painted years ago.

But I want a bit of a medium color for the walls, and I'm not sure about painting the ceiling that darker color...

You could do the ceiling a light blue and then make white clouds on it XD

jean, i've read to have the flooring the darkest color, the walls medium color and the ceiling the lightest color. what color are you doing the walls? maybe you could a few shades lighter for the ceiling?

We now have two neighbors who are cruel pieces of steaming hot shit.
I don't think I really told you guys, but one of our neighbors poisoned quite a few of our cats. He actually lured them over with food and killed them.
He acted so nice to grandma, I guess like a son would to his mom or something. yeah, he was that nice. Then he started killing our cats.
he moved in some time last year and I'm surprised he hasn't been kicked out since he killed one or two of our land lords' cats.

Now, we have had another neighbor who's been a dick to us for the longest time and has bugged us a few times with his shit. he's been here for...quite a long time. Never really did much but be a total ass hole.
Well, last night he threatened to shoot our cats if he comes home and finds them on his property. Now, they didn't do ANYTHING to him. ALL they did was lay on his front porch and play with some hay around his trees, AT MOST. Maybe they pooped in his yard a few times, but I doubt their poop would be THAT bad. And he hasn't even called us beforehand to tell us they've been on his house. he'd only done it once before maybe 1 or two years ago, and never called again.
Well, sometimes this morning he pumped one of our cats full of buckshots. Haku, the cat he shot, is a nice mellow cat who doesn't do anything that's harmful or threatning. He's a male cat, so he goes to other places, but mainly stays at our land lords house. Well, our neighbor shot him quite a bit with buckshots. His right (or left. not sure which) side was filled with pieces of the buckshot and I think a few went into his spine, or got really close. So, he had neurological damage. They only did x-rays of his right side since it was the worst. There's no telling how many pieces of buckshot there were on his other side.
That neighbor is now on our shit list and will be shunned like the other.
Seems like we always have the shittiest neighbors. I wish we could sue those pieces of shit or just make them suffer, but we can't.
I just feel really bad for Haku since he went through all of that. I don't even know how he managed to drag himself into our landlords' yard, but he did...We had him put down since he'd either have to be amputated or some other option I didn't catch, but...he would have to go through a lot and I don't think we could take care of him. As I said, he had neurological damage, so he would have to be taken care of 24/7 and we'd have to keep an eye on him. He wouldn't have been happy. So, my grandma had him put down...I'm just glad me and my mom didn't see him. We probably would have been in tears.
The neighbor that shot him can see our house from his yard. That being said, we didn't bring Haku's body home since we didn't want to give the neighbor the satisfaction of seeing us berrying him. He'd probably be chuckling if he saw us doing that...

They wouldn't have been able to do anything. The cat was on his property and sadly, he has the right to shoot animals on his property.

We thought maybe he'd shoot in the air or around them, but nope. he didn't.
we tried to make sure all the boys and girls were up and Teddy was th only one who didn't come up.

The only good neighbors we have are our landlords (they're not right next to our house, but they are pretty much a walk away) and Ms. Peggy.

I just wish we could find home for these cats or have all of our neighbors just move out and be replaced with really good ones that love cats.
But honestly, I don't think that'll happen. We'll probably have to move out, and that's not happening any time soon.
And even if we DID move out, we'd have to give away most of our cats.

We aren't happy with our neighbor's cat digging up our garden to poop...
But we would never shoot it.

He's complained that our cats have pooped in his yard because his son stepped in it, but his son had been in our yard the previous night when his car broke down on the road. Seriously, he's full of shit.

That neighbor... I'd light flaming bags of poo on his step every day. And do rituals with his picture or something to freak him out. I mean wtf... it doesn't really matter if the cat is on your property or not, you can't shoot them. You can call animal control but you can't shoot them. That is animal cruelty. I wish someone would just shoot him if he took a step on to someone else's lawn and teach him a freakin lesson. And the other people, poisoning cats!? Should have called the cops too! He'd be in jail the asshole. Why are people so freaking stupid and shit like that. I mean seriously wtf. Cats butty their poop, they don't just leave it out like dogs, he probably had someone else's dog in his yeard too. Tell him to cut his freaking grass and stop making it so attractive to the animals. I'd break my hand on his face and it would be worth it, and then I'd kick him in the balls until he puked them up.

I would totally call the cops on the cat poisoner, but we have to have more proof that he did it.
All We can do now is protect our cat and shun both of those ass holes.

Want to know what's even worse? The neighbor that poisoned the cats always makes up shit and tells it to the neighbor.
He makes up shit that doesn't even make sense! Like he said some lady left a box of kittens in our back yard or that he put some cats in our back yard. None of those things ever happened! If he got a hold of the cats, he would have killed them.

Well, last night I found Pumi (a blond cat) in the bushes on the side of our house.
He was dead and didn't have any kind of marks like you'd see from a cat being hit with a car or beaten to death.
We think the cat poisoner poisoned him and maybe left Pumi there. I don't know if it was a threat or just home being evil, but either way, it was awful seeing him like that.

We did get the RV out of mothballs and inspected. It's outside our house right now.
But it leaked! The last rain we had leaked in through the roof, so we have to try and figure out where it's coming in...
