And so zen-inducing. I'm not sure what it is about cats but they seem to have an ability to bring the zen-ness.
On another cat-related note, one of my friends might be losing a kitty

. He's a sweet little orange boy named Fynn, and he's only about five or six years old. She literally fished him out of a trash can someone had tossed him in when he was a kitten, and he promptly decided "yes you're my human now cuddle me".
And he's such a sweet cute boy too~. We're really hoping he pulls through, but he's not doing well at all. He's got this weird...thing on his neck that the vet says is a granuloma, but so far the medication doesn't seem to be very helpful at all. My friend's tempted to try puncturing it and letting it drain (it fills up with fluid, that seems to harden and make the granuloma grow), but that won't do anything beyond just shrinking it temporarily. So for now he's got some antibiotic medication and meds for the granuloma, and we've taken him off of the new cat food and giving him what the cats were eating before in an attempt to get his body to re-absorb it, but...he's not eating well. And it's showing because he's getting so skinny and you can
tell he isn't feeling well just by looking at him.
So basically, keep fingers crossed. He
is eating, if not very well, but it's eating nonetheless. And he's getting fluids and is using the litter box, and is still having Expressions--which for Fynn is "I am done with this shit" and "Do. Not. Like."--and playing with his hair-ties-turned-mice ^^. So...cautious optimism, I guess?
