I'm sorry, HIM. Maybe it's for the best, though, you didn't seem very happy with that job. I hope it won't discourage you from future job hunts.

I'm going to go to the temping center so I can get temporary jobs and see if there's anything I like and mum said she'll help me with the forms from the job center to sign on for benifits.

I'm hoping to get a job turning cheese and get paid in cheese.

You've done what you could. It's not easy to get up and go and change things when all you feel like doing is curling up in bed and going back to sleep for the next... year. I've been there. Nothing can be gained from beating yourself up about what's already happened. You can't change it. All you can do is just try to pull yourself out and recognize every accomplishment, no matter how small. Let's say for example you have difficulty making phone calls. If you make one, then that's an accomplishment, it doesn't matter if it's nothing to other people. If it's improvement for you, it's fantastic. Be patient with yourself, but stay as motivated as you can.

The budgie is ill and we don't know if he's going to last the night or until Monday so we can get him to a vet, he's been with us for 14 years and he's part of the family now. I just feel awful because I've called it some horrible things when it's flicked seed at me and gone for me for fun when I've been putting his toys back up.

HIM, that's what family's do! I hope he can get some good medical care, and 14 does sound like a good age for a budgie. Don't be too hard on yourself. How about giving him bunches of tender lovings now to address your past guilt?

oh dear, HIM. I'm sorry. But like I said, 14 isn't too bad for a budgie. Just relish the good times.

I'm so sorry, HIM. It's perfectly fine to have been annoyed with him at times, even the best pets will get on our nerves. It in no way makes you a poor owner. I'm sure you cared for the bird the best you could, and I'm sure he had a splendid life. He certainly lived quite a long time! I just looked it up, and budgies generally have a life span of 7-9 years, and your little fella doubled the lower end of that expectancy! That doesn't happen to an unhappy and poorly cared-for pet. You did a great job at giving him a great life, and I'm sure he liked you very much.

I don't know what to do anymore I just want someone to say we can cut this out of you and you'll be fine after. I'm trying to lose weight but mum twists what I say and keeps saying that I snap at her and get angry at her when I don't and keeps going on at me about going out when I don't feel like going out, you need to get out more and lose weight and about how I need to find a boyfriend and get more friends and do what normal girls my age do.

I just want to hit self destruct. My mum doesn't listen to me she never does, she doesn't understand she just goes off on how its anxiety which she doesn't know anything about.

HIM, you've got this. You can handle this, I know you can. It's scary because it's new and I completely understand that. But you can do this, you can!

It's just going into an office reminds me of like being back in school.

I really need a paid job so I can afford to get my teeth crowned I've damaged them so much since what happened when I was in school caused me to start grinding my teeth.

HIM, it'll be alright. It's not as if they'll plop you in a chair and walk away, you'll be taught how to do your job and you'll be given the tools to make it easier. Use a calculator if you need to, that's fine. You can do this. :)

Medication can take a while to start working. As much as three months. If it's not hurting anything to be taking it, why not keep at it for a while? You have nothing to lose for continuing.

Well keep taking it for now. Maybe things would be even worse without it. See your doctor ASAP and mention all the trouble you've been having, and maybe s/he can fix your medication dosage or type to one that will be more helpful for you.

Ready to curl up and die now.

I've looked at job listings and everything is either own transport and/or wanting skilled workers with previous experience. I'm going to have to sign on for job seekers but I really don't want to because they go on at you to try and get you into work but I don't know if I'm going to be able to mentally cope with it.
