Jessie was dreaming of her parents when she felt someone touch her shoulder. She quickly opened her eyes and looked at him as she wiped away any tears. "The....Mall?" she asked confused.

Noah frowned when he saw a tear and wondered what made her so sad. But then smield when he heard her and nodded, "yes, the mall. We can get more supplies and if you want you can get more clothing or what ever else you would like." he said as he looked at her.

"Oh...okay then..." she said as she smiled over at him. "I do need more clothing...this is all I have..." she said pointing to what she was wearing.

Noah smiled, "I could figure that, so let's g shooing." he said as he slid out of the car and slung a gun over his shoulder. He then smiled at her.

Jessie nodded and followed him with her bot and arrows ready. "I wonder if anyone is inside..." she whispered as she looked at teh mall then back at their truck.

Noah looked at her, "I doubt anyone is but for now this is just incase." he said as he tapped his gun and then took a step towards the place and looked around. So far nothing was out so it was safe for now. Walking to the door he opened it and looked inside.

Jessie followed close behind with her bow and arrow drawn just incase. "So far so good Noah?" she asked him as she looked at him and kept an eye out for anything odd.

Noah nodded, "I think so." he said and then entered the mall. Looking around carefully he relaxed slightly, "I think we are safe for now." he said as he looked at her.

Jessie smiled and nodded. "Okay then...." she said as she looked around the mall at the many clothes stores and stuff they had.

Noah smiled at her, "come on, so far nothing has come out so I think we can safetly go and get supplies." he said as he headed inside more and looked around. Everything was deserted. Hopefully that ment that this place was completely clear of anything.

"This mall looks bigger when it's empty." she said to him as she quickly followed him and looked around. Sure the place looked safe, bit that didn't mean it was completely safe.

Noah nodded, "have to agree with you there. So whih store do you want to go to first?" he asked as henlooked around and wondered if theu should split up or not.

Jessie looked around and sighed. "I don't know, I think I'll just follow you around. If we come to a store I like we can stop there and check it out." she said to him.

NOah nodded and headed towards the small gun store. "if you see anything we might need grab it." he said as he started to look around for some more ammo or a new gun.

Jessie nodded. "I got it." she said and looked around the gun store. Sadly she didn't know much about weapons so it was hard for her to help him in this, but she still looked around the store.

NOah sighed after a bit and only came back with ammo, "no guns, I think either they ran out right before everything happened or someone cleaned it out already." he said as he looked at her.

Jessie looked around some more and nodded. "Who knows..." she said as she looked at the ammo in his hands. "But wouldn't it have been completely empty then?" she asked him confused.

Noah nodded, "yeah, so I gues they just didn't have any guns." he said as he pakced hte ammo into his bag and looked at her, "where do you think we should go?"

"I suppose you're right, still seems a bit odd though..." she said and looked around. "Well I'm not sure really...I think we got what we really needed." she said to him.

"dont you want cloths?" he asked as he looked at her and was sure that she would want something else to wear instead of that all the time.

Jessie looked at him and smiled. "Well yes...but you have to get clothes too if I get some." she said to him shyly as she quickly turned away and looked at the floor thinking. She missed her parents, and she was sure he missed his parents too...so she wasn't going to let him see her cry.

Noah nodded, "sure, that sounds like a deal." he said and frowned when he saw her looking at the floor. Gently he wrapped a arm around her, holding her close to him. He knew that this wasn't easy, it wasn't easy for anyone including him. He may act like this was normal or it didn't bother him but it did.

"Okay...she whispered and then felt him hold her close as she continued to cry quietly. "Sorry..." she said as she wiped away her tears and looked down at the floor. "I didn't mean to cry..." she said softly.

Noah looked at her and held her close to him, "sometimes you need to cry, none of his is easy for anyone and that includes me and you." he said to her softly.

Jessie nodded and hugged him gently then pulled away. "Thank-you Noah, I know it must be hard for you too....but just know that I'm here if you want to talk." she said and smiled.
