Two servants came in with tw plates that had delicious looking food on them. "These are from Rakuro. He said it works and that he will come and get the rest of them soon" one of them said handing them th food and leaving.

Cali looks at the food and examines it momentarily. He then takes a small test bite and swallows it. He was relieved to see nothing changed and he didn't feel any different, he was still him, not being controled or anything.

"whats wronf you looked scared to eat" she said. She took a bit of food. it was pretty good.

"I was making sure he wasen;t tricking us and making us mindless slaves or anything evil like." he said and took a bite.

"he wouldn't do that. he needs my work ater all" she smirked.

"You never can be sure." he said. He continued eating.

Penelope finished eating her dinner.

He finished as well and laid his head on the table after moving his plate, laying it on his arms that he crossed.

"are you ok?" she asked.

"Yeah, tired." he said. "For some reason I didn;'t really rest, I was sleeping but I woke up not feeling rested."

"then you should get some rest" she said.

"I'm fine, I'm just resting for a little." he said.

He nodded and went over to the bed and laid down. He closed his eyes and went to sleep pretty easily.

Penelope began working on some more samples.

He awoke an hour later and sat up. He felt more rested and ready to help. He walked over and started making some more.

"did you rest good?" she asked.

"Yeah, I did surprisingly." he said.

"good lets get back to work" she said.

"Yeah, lets do this so we can get out of here." he said. He thought about telling her that he liked her but didn't he just kept quiet about that.

"ok" she said and began working again.

He began working keeping his mind busy. He has been thinking about that a lot lately and didn't know why, he didn't want to lose this job because of this and he wanted to at least tell her how he felt but he didn't know how she'd react to it.

Rakuro walked into the room. He looked younger and glowing (not literally). "You have done enough for now. You two are free to wonder around the peremisece, but the doors to outside are still locked so don't get any ideas" he said then left and left the door open.

He stopped and looked over to Penelope. "Well, I wonder what he has planned for us, what will happen now?" he asked her.

"probably gonna wait till he runs out then mk us make more" she said.
