I need more practice with bodies before I can draw it. Otherwise I'll just get frustrated. = 3=

Mm ice cream... :drool:
In other news I made an art dump thread. xDDD

I lack the skills to draw a person in a crouching position while aiming with a gun/crossbow/weapon. <_< >_>;; I have it all pictured up in my mind, but when I try to draw it, it becomes a distorted blob of mess. XD

lol I'd keep on trying and trying until I make a smudge appear onto the paper (the kind you can't erase away unless you erase a hole through the paper) before giving up. :XD

you know, what helped me with blobs at first, was using vine charcoal. just make the whole page a medium gray and erase out the highlights and add in some darks. it worked for me more than breaking down objects into shapes. Actually, that's what helped me do that. I was weird.

Yeah, I really need to get one of those drawing pads...I had the guy who brought me my computer pre-install Photoshop for me so I wouldn't have to get it myself again, now I just need a drawing pad so I can start practicing drawing digitally. :XD

Yuss. A tablet! Should be a near future investment. :ninja:
At least you can still color decently with a mouse. xD

Yeah most of my practicing is done digitally now (after I got Sai on my dsektop). xDDD Sometimes I'll get the urge to do something traditional, but I'm just more relaxed when I work digitally. I'd get too discouraged having to erase over and over or flip to new pages over and over. As was often the case. :gonk:
@Ted-san: Yesss. :eager:
Aww, from work? Or just in general?

My right forefinger and middle finger from using the mouse too much, and my left forefinger from pressing d and e and r too much in Oblivion when moving around. :sweat:
I often wake up in the morning with them feeling sore. Like this morning. :sweat:

Oooh. Too much gaming. :lol:
That's funny because this morning I noticed that both my index fingers were a bit sore and I think that's from my gaming.

I've kept mine to a good uh.... in moderation. :lol:
The controls are still a bit wonky for me, using to things to control the character/direction. And using the L1 and R1 to attack instead of just... the other buttons. :lol:
Our poor fingers...
