pretty good but.. If I can give you a suggestion...
the hat should be more.. tilted toward left and the neck should make a sort of rounded line... the chin should be moved a bit to the right..

eheh yup better changes before inking...
I remember when (few days ago) I inked a nice drawing... then got inked ans coloured with watermarkers..
Once finished I noticed that the right hand had 6 fingers instead of 5 LOL
