There's something in there that doesn't seem quite right, but I can't figure it out.
I'm just going to go with a longer torso still. She seems like a tall lean woman; so her torso should match to be more ideal.

The pallet looks kind of fuzzy to me, but that might be the color which Iro already mentioned.
The paint splattered apron, the shading at the bottom reminds me of a pillow shading. But whenever you edit the white apron, I'm sure you'll do the splattered too and then it should show properly. P: Or something.
But overall I like them~

Haha, when I was trying to do it, it was a little painful. But it is doable. I think it's just more natural to have your hand on the jutted out side of the hip. (Not to say that it's unnatural to have the hand on the opposite side. xDD)

I don't think her leg is attached to the rest of her. It reminds me of a Barbie. The leg just is popped off and happens to be next to her and still under her skirt.

OKAY SO NEW BRILLIANT PLAN

I re-discovered a dress I own that has an empire-type waistline like the one I was trying to draw. And since I have fabulous boobs that also happen to be real, I will be the model for the drawing. WIN.

I also have a cat that likes to behave as a parrot sometimes. Getting her in the mood to perch on my shoulders will probably be the most challenging part though xD
