Blah. My tablet's camera doesn't have a timer feature, and when I finally found my camera I discovered (surprise surprise) the battery was dead. So it's charging right now.

This afternoon is turning out to be pretty unproductive xD

So the memory card in the camera is actually an adaptor for this teeny tiny card that I often use for my phone. And I had the adapter in the camera, but not the actual memory card. So the camera was freaking out because it couldn't read any data off of the adapter, because the memory card was still in my phone.

HURR DURR IT WORKS NOW. Now picture taking time!

It is half past three here too, yes. But it's a rare sunny but decently cooling day, so it's making me sleepy when I need to draw instead. xD

It's rather warm here, but I'm blaming it mostly on our air conditioning. It's cooler outdoors than inside the office. :sweat:

I was so sleepy earlier this morning I kept nodding off...thankfully something came up that managed to keep me awake, but now I'm feeling it again...thank the gods that I only have another hour and a half left of work before I can go crash somewhere. :XD;;

The alarm in our house went off this morning. At like... 6... :XD Oh man, I was freaking out. But then, once we opened the bedroom door, we could hear the alarm say that the spot that triggered it to go off was the balcony door, which is in the bedroom. xP
Didn't close and lock the door all the way; so when this storm rolled through, all the wind pushed the door open and made the alarm go off. I have never been more wide awake. :lol:
Was able to go back to sleep though, and then we slept until noon.

We got a wake-up call from a collector at 6:30 this morning x_x

Finished the skin. Now to decide on whether or not to work on the face or the dress. The dress will take longest since it's biggest and gets a bunch of sparkly details, but I haven't decided how yet I'm going to do the face (realistic or more stylized). Blehhhh. I guess I should just start on the dress.

Jewelry and hair will probably be very last, and then I'll move on to background (EEK) and the velvet rope foreground.
