... I love my meat too much to be entirely a vegetarian.
But I had been having more vegetarian intake than few years ago. I personally think I am making good progress in dieting. aim for healthy not for weight loss.
I don't have weight problem though.

wow... Is egg in vegetarian menu?
I am not sure but is there so many recipes for vegetarian food?

My mom told me that some fake meat in vegetarian meal are actually not healthy.

there are some vegetarians that don't eat eggs or dairy,
Clock eats both, sometimes, depending on whats in the house.
and Vegetarian meat isn't exactly healthy, but sometimes
the protein and other things are good.

Clock likes some vegetarian meat, but it's expensive,
so Clock doesn't eat it very often.

I think fish is fine though...
But if you turn into vegetarian for compassionate about living beings then... can't help. XD

I know there are vitamin pills... are there protein pills? XD

that was part of the reason Clock became a vegetarian.
and Clock isn't sure about protein pills,
but there is protein powder you can use.

oh protein powder can be used to make shakes,
which you can drink, and you can put it in certain foods.

oh yeah, Clock definitely feels for the animals.

It's also in a few plants, and they may take the actual metal and do something to make it digestible... I had to take iron pills for a short time, my parents decided I wasn't getting enough...

And on the nutrients thing? I wouldn't worry too much unless you have an actual deficiency.
In my case I have to take iron supplements because I cannot eat red meat at all without getting sick. I also have to take far more vitamin D than is healthy for most people as my body doesn't produce it at all, or retain it and with none at all my body collapses. My case is one of the most extreme, I've heard.
For most people it takes a hell of a lot to have an actual deficiency. Vegetarians are the most commonly affected as there are things the body needs that aren't in vegetables in amounts that are usable.

I am pretty picky in my food.
I like snacks, cakes, chocolates,... blahblahblah.
I only eat a few selected type of vegetables... generally lettuce type, carrot, cucumber... those bitter type I won't touch at all.
My mother said I am having malnutrient for lack of vitamin C. So I am now popping vitamin C pill... I treat it like sweets though... on the bottle, recommended 2 - 4 tablets a day, I popped ten a day. O__O

That is so sweet of that person.
