What brush pens?

He needs a lot of help in the shading department.

She specifically asked the pose to be finger guns which keeps cracking me up. She also wants me to write "Metropolis is safe for YOU Illisa" in the open part of the sky. XD

They're something like paint brushes with exactly that tip, but with a more form pen-like grip. Exactly what it's called really, a brush pen.

Oh wait... are those the ones for chinese calligraphy type? Or there are other brands?

The cheap ones they sell here look like that, but there are more expensive ones which look more like these.



And then there are these types, which is basically water in the tube, and you use them like a normal paint brush where you dip them in paint before using. You can control water usage more easily this way, the more water you need on the brush, the harder you squeeze on the tube so more water can flow out.

I remember I bought one of those brush pens before...the tip was rubbery so no split ends, and you could control how wide or thin you want the ink to be on the paper.

Yeah it's a pretty fun concept so I'm enjoying this one. She has another idea she wants me to do after I'm done this...but she wouldn't tell me till I finish this one. Knowing her it'll be just as goofy. XD

I liked the X-men. Though I'm more a fan of the villains in general when it comes to comics.

I don't use Sakura Koi pens, so I have no idea. xD
And I also have no idea what the brand name for the black brush pen is. The one I'm currently using is the cheap RM3.50 pen, which I quote the uncle, "When it runs out of ink, just toss it and get a new one la."

Dunno. Someone on Mene asked me to make a shark. I'll try that next. There's a bunch of stuff I want to make: a little red riding hood and wolf combo, the pokemon starters but there's someone on DA already doing a bunch of pokemon and it makes me feel like I'm copying so I'm not sure if I want to start there yet. I wanted to try a bunch of My Little Pony characters too.
But the keyblades are super fun * u *

LOL. I have that exact same pen, Iroro. XD I buy a lot of cheap pens from popular... oh well, at least their shell design is very chinese and nice looking.
By the way, that particular pen, is the one pen that leaks a lot. D: Other pens I tried doesn't leak so easily.

I prefer Wolverine I still like Rogue and Gambit combo, but the comic ones not the new modern ones they made.
They're wimpy and stupid.

They are possibly going to make another Wolverine movie (I saw the newest one). The credits showed Professor Xavier and Magneto barricading Logan at an American Airport saying another threat is about to happen.

But I like the Batman symbol.
Pretty much... the Justice League, Batman, Robin and all them for me are too prissy and silly. Unless an artist draws them with 100% masculinity and realism, then I'll like drawings of Batman. Although, I've never gotten into that stuff. I did like Poison Ivy at one point in time.

I'll watch the Avengers Movie and Thor but that's about it. I couldn't watch the Batman movies because I always fell asleep since they were dragged out too long and are boring.

I know my boyfriend likes Green Arrow, the comic book one.
I have a suspicion it's because he wears green since that's his fav. color, though. xD

That or cause he also likes Robin Hood.

A few of my peers like Batman, for the same reason. He is rather 'unique' in compare to other heroes.

About Rogue and Gambit... are they couple? I thought I saw such a plot... but then it doesn't seem to be a lot.

Well, I like the cockiness they try to give the animated Batman :P

They basically insinuate their relationship but more or less Gambit is Rogue's Bo and they both have a endless background claim on each other. The original X-men animated series presents it in every given chance they can. For example, when Rogue flirts with other guys, it pisses Gambit off and he tries to run them off. And when Gambits secret family feud comes to light and there's a woman involved, it pisses Rogue off. And she's glad to get rid of the woman. Other times when Gambit is being too polite and swooning a woman, it makes Rogue mad. Gambit is always ends up too late to catch on to what he's doing and Rogue's already stormed off to go throw a tantrum over it--vice versa. But they do kiss, hug, and save each other in the original animated X-men.

Now for the updated animated series, they just make Gambit go into the background and most of the new modern age additions of Gambit and Rogue look like crap. But in every series, they always make them infatuated with each other and cause the whole big "what if" assumptions.

In the "Wolverine and the X-men" animated series, the one where the school gets bombed (I think it's that one, I get confused with there being so many). They kinda make Rogue really emotionally attached to Logan, like he's her secret boyfriend or something. And it's like she has more than a crush on him.

For the realistic movies...
I'm not sure if they are ever going to put them together since they put her and Bobby (the ice castor) together.

But Gambit goes with Rogue. Jean goes with Scott (Cyclops), and Logan (Wolverine) is apart of the love triangle. Although, all Jean ever goes is prick tease Logan. And she always chooses Scott in the end because Wolverine leaves all the time to reclaim his memories and whatnots.

I don't think they ever pared Storm to anyone, though.

Yeah, sorry. lol It gets confusing I like using Wolverine rather than his real name. But then I switch it around.

Wolverines original name was James, that's what his brother Victor, Saber Tooth called him when they were together before he got shot in the skull with adamantium bullets from Striker.

hmm... If I am not mistaken, Rogue is like a 'magnet' of powers?

She has to have skin to skin contact to do that but yes. She can retain any powers that she absorbs from other mutants. They have a depreciation period, though. The borrowed powers don't usually stay. But if she tries to absorb so many powers at once, she always goes into a psychotic episode where each mutants personalities tries to take over her body.

In the X-men realistic movies, it never happens, though. And she's all wimpy about it.
In the third movie, a mutant vaccine appears and Rogue goes to take it, so she can have intimacy with Bobby (the ice castor).

I think there's two parts of the movie you can decide to watch. One where Rogue takes the vaccine and the other where she doesn't. But it really doesn't matter. It only suppresses their power, not take them away. That's why Magneto regains his power in the end. And why they make him appear in the newest Wolverine movie in the ending credits, that's playing in Theaters right now.
