Ah, I thought about moving to another country at one point but I feel that it would be more trouble than it's worth. I've really wanted a tablet for a long time XP I feel like it would help me get along in drawing since I'm soo computer oriented and all XP I'll check it out if I have time.

.... GIMP. I think. I've never used it, though. But those who have said it's almost the same as Photoshop in terms of functions and that's the only free one I can think of. xD
