The artist/handler :3! I would like it to be in a Noir-ish setting, like in the early 20th century and I had this image of the handler making morse code with his brush at some point.

that sounds really interesting. I don't know too much about Noir, but I like the idea of brush morse code. They could have all sorts of code words or symbols in paintings or something. one can hide an entire message in paint if your feel like it.

Exactly! They could make it like they talked about the weather as well! By noir-ish I was saying that I wanted it to be just a little depressing. Like the city is corrupted to the core or something and maybe the two are plotting to get some dirt on the city's leaders or something.
