XD I love it. Plant variety character is very under-utilized so I was glad when someone else gave me the idea for it. Anything more you want to discuss before we start. Any questions about the plot? I don't think the snippit I wrote was very detailed or anything.

I normally RP open-world styles that aren't' too structured.
As long as we've got a basic plot to go on, I'm more for letting the story develop itself.
We can start off apart, like where your character if off killing the innocent (he he he)
and mine just sort of stumbled into this unknown world and then just go from there.
You're a bit more familiar with the storyline than I am ha ha.
Do you normally make character profiles to give a baseline
or do you want to start out not really knowing much about each other?

I don't have a particularly detailed idea of the world for this rp as the one time I rped it before was quite a long while ago. Other than it's the kind of world with enough fantasy element to it to have a plant fae....creature....thing in it. Nor is it a modern world as my assassin uses swords not guns. I don't really imagine dragons and dwarves running around though. >.> Sacha was really surprised to see the plant character.
Other than that, we can come up with details together as the story progresses.
I can do profiles or no. I make bios for myself, but if you want to just jump in, I don't need to post it.

Okay, so I think we might be picturing the plant character differently? ha ha
I had something more along the lines of a plantoid "alien" in mind.
Anatomy would be different than a fae, but I think with enough time, a relationship
might develop, even if it isn't a sexual one. (unless that was the end game, not sure.)
This was something I had in mind more or less. Haven't quite decided if he would speak with a mouth or
"telepathically" as plants do. I'm trying to keep him a little more true to his plant counterpart whilst still
being humanoid.
I had been thinking a purely fantasy basis rather than a sci-fi one, but coming up with your character's design is up to you, so I don't really mind. I think the story would still work. Maybe a plantoid alien who came to earth in order to sorta....be a protector of the plants on earth. Someone who might still feel a kinship to the forest more than the people on earth. That way it would still give a similar feel.
That could make sense.
Something like in Avatar so to speak.
If this is becoming too sci-fi and not really the story you had in mind,
we can try Blood Oath? It's a little difficult to sort of keep the same story line as you played before XD
I don't want to change your story too much.
I don't really mind a story going different than I imagined. Either way, I think my character will react about the same. Most facts of the story won't really change. I wasn't the one who came up with the plot premise in the first place anyway.

an office setting sounds great.... i was thinking that my character decided on switching jobs, because everything reminded him of his deseased wife. so now he's off on his first day at a new job.....

i was going to start the rp thread however i was unsure what type of office to set our scene as. i was thinking either journalism, at a newspaper, or maybe magazine.
mines just a small history, not much to go on. but enough i think.
here is the link to our rp. havent started a post as my character yet, and i'm sorry if i'm not very good at starting and setting up the scene to begin with. we can change it or add to it if you would like.
Cool. Looks good to me. I can start the rp proper if you would like after I finish my profile. I enjoy starting, but I'm being pretty slow right now getting different things going.
