They all passed the food around and everyone had a nice plate of many heavenly foods. Alex chores down like always and Griffin ate in his polite, elegant fashion. The gods looked at the human girl. "So, what's your name?" a really pretty goddess asked her.

Debs looked at the Goddess and blushed " Debs" She said not knowing how to title her She looked at her food. SHe took small careful bites.

She smiled at Debs sweetly. "I'm Aphrodite. I really wanted to shoot poor Griffin in the ass a few times, but his a god, so my love powers wont affect him." she stuck out her tounge at him. "Loser! Why you gotta be my nephew?" she joked:

Debs raised her eyebrows and drank her water...It was so wonderful to the taste " I see..." She said looking at him She looked at all of teh beautiful Gods " I must be the only human..." She said feeling alone suddenly

Alex and Griffin noticed her sudden sadness and both scooted closer. "Pfft..so? Were all people. We like you Debs, don't feel alone." Alex tried to cheer her up. "Yeah we like you..me even more than Alex...I like you a lot." Griffin said with a small pink blush and a pretty smile.

She smiled at the two of them. She pushed her hair back and nodded "Ok" She said. As she finished her drink a small man came in running. His face and body of the gods himself. Yet he was shorter and spoke very fast to Aphrodite. Debs wondered what was happening as she stood quiet and listened.


( in the beginning you mention humans enslaving gods for the liquid gold... so I thought I would bring that back up)

Both boys stared, trying to hear what was being said and what was wrong. They had been being hunted more lately than usuall and many gods were in danger, more so the younger ones.

Debs Looked at the boys and leaned in to whisper " May I know what He is saying everyone gotten tense" She said

Griffin turned to her. "They're talking about how were in danger. More and more hunting is being done and our blood is being seemed by men. Most of us cannot die, but the younger gods, such as my brother and I, have not had the wine of immortality yet. We have to become of the age of ninteen before we have the permission to drink."

Debs eyes widened as she listen " That is terrible. Why..." Then she thought of what she had seen/ " Oh...oh my..." She said leaning back in her chair " I would destroy anyone that does this to you all... I.." Her hands shook and she closed her eyes to calm her anger.
