Bake and sell! You can make brownies and cakes pretty easily. Sell them to your friends for $1.50 or something. I'd pretty much always buy a cookie at any time of the day.

If your parents are williing to help you out with it, you could set up a store on Etsy and sell crafts.
I have three daughters (ages 5, 7 and 11) and they sell their crafts on my own Etsy store.

Couldn't you work part time somewhere maybe at a grocery store or something? Im sure there are lots of jobs that you could do, just get out there and let people know you want money :)

As far as I know, most places require you to be 15 before they hire you, and even then it would only be with a workers permit from school... You may be able to find a job working under the table somewhere. But I would suggest just trying to pick up more babysitting jobs. Post flyers to advertise yourself or post in the newspaper. Maybe doing odd jobs for neighbors, like mowing lawns, walking dogs, etc?

Just out of interest, WTF is your Dad's problem? Why is he trying to force a 14 year old to earn money?

Oh boy 14, you could make that easy in one night honey heck with in an hour on a good night. But I don't think your dad would approve how.
Think bad thoughts. Dress trampy + hangout outside of bars= money win for a 14 year old girl. Or outside of classy hotels where politicians stay. If he thinks your old enough to hold a job why not other things? heck why not just merge the two.
*note these comments are highly sarcastic and do not at all reflect me, I'm on the same page as Jelly on this one. WTF peurky's dad? Kids with money = bad things.

Babysitting. Maybe it's fine. You'll be safe indoors and may enjoy taking care of babies. Hehehehe. :XD

She probably wants a not important, but expensive item or something. Her dad probably said something along the lines of "If you want (insert expensive item here), you'll have to get a job and buy it yourself."

I mean, even if you want the most expensive collectable Barbie doll in the world you still can't work. You're fourteen! I say do chores around the house and charge your father for them. Be a troll, always works.

Where I live, you're allowed to work at fourteen in a regular job. The summer I was fourteen was when I started my job hunt, 'cuz let's face it: Charging five dollars for cleaning the bathroom just wasn't cutting it anymore. Of course, I'm a video game addict and always have been, and that shit gets expensive. :D
Anyway, onto my advice for peurky. Like the others have said, charge for cleaning the house (if you can get away with it). I know some households you're expected to do X chores no matter what, but that wasn't the case in my house. We were given five dollars at the end of the week if we had been good and had helped empty the dishwasher. Never worked.
That's why I cleaned the bathroom-- I got paid as soon as a parent inspected my work and was free to do what I wished with my money. I also had similar deals with cleaning the living room, which included putting away all the items and vacuuming (which wasn't fun after our vacuum with bags died and we had to use the god awful cyclone one with an extremely fluffy big shedding dog).
Also, the lawn mowing thing sounds promising. I could never do that because I'm asthmatic and get heat exhaustion easily, but it pays good money. The rate in my neighborhood is upwards from about $15 for the front yard only. Walking dogs is a good idea too, you just have to be able to control them and to pick up their poop. :p
My older brother house sat a lot as well. He'd get payed about $30 a day to basically make sure the house was still there, to water plants, and feed animals; and would often get permission to help himself to the food and hang out and watch T.V., as long as he didn't do anything stupid and disruptive like throw a party.
I've also heard of kids just going around and painting the numbers (house number for the address) on the sidewalks in front of the houses for five dollars. All you'd have to do is buy the paint and a brush and you'd easily make the money back in no time if you picked a good neighborhood.
Sorry for the wall of text. ^^;; But, I hope that helped. Good luck!
