Okay.... uhm.... I'll try my best to give you a plot. ^w^;;

The murderer is known as Crimson Shadow. She'll be in a town for a few minutes, only leaving it to be a bloody mess. She is in the process of killing someone, the victim crying out in agony, when the bounty hunter, who is playing poker in a bar, hears the screams. The bounty hunter, whatever you decide to name him, goes out to see what happened. Everyone else is freaking out in their homes and such, only leaving the bounty hunter and Crimson in the streets. The bounty hunter decided that he wants to play a game, letting Crimson go on her way. He then leaves the town, thus starting his "game" to hunt her down. :3

Well...
I made it to where she can't control it when she kills. She isn't exactly human, either. o3o She can die, though, but it would take a while to lead up to that point.
When he catches her, I'm not sure what would happen. It would be far from any town, maybe in a forest or something since a desert would just be too brutal to stay in... XD We could just wing it, no?
