Lothy looked at him and frowned. "Oh I see..." she said and then looked at her shadow friend she had made. "Well I guess I can make him again and again!" she said shrugging.

"You sure about that?" Skye said, "It takes a lot of energy to do this."

"Never mind...I don't want to tire you or wear you out..." she said to him and smiled as she looked at him sweetly.

"Like I said: If you want to keep him around, then you have to keep me around," Skye said, "And it wouldn't wear me out to make him. It would wear you out."

"It would wear me out?" she repeated and looked at the shadow then at him. "IUt would wear me out because of the need to concentrate?" she asked.

"It would wear you out to constantly keep remaking him," Skye said, "Mainly because you're new to this. You should be able to make him without draining too much of your energy after time."

"So should I practice or not?" she asked him as she let go of the shadow elven fox and played with her hair.

"You can if you want," Skye said, "Just don't strain yourself. I don't wanna end up searching the town for your home while your unconscious and on my back." He laughed slightly.

Lothy smiled. "I see...so maybe I should practice making small things first right?" she asked him.

"That's correct," Skye said, "You still shouldn't overdo it with small things, either. You're bound to run out of energy sooner or later."

Lothy nodded. "Okay then, I understand." she said to him and smiled. He seemed like a nice guy, but looks weren't everything.

Skye nodded slightly. He made a black throne-like chair from the shadows, sitting in it. The crow stayed perched on his shoulder, shadows dripping from its feathers. "When you start to feel tired," He said, "I'll walk you home."

Lothy looked at him and smiled. She was so amazed at all the things he could do. "You are very amazing! It's so cool how you can do that!" she said to him.

"It's not that hard," Skye said, "I am just a mass of shadows, afterall. I can do something that would scar most peoples minds. I've left some people screaming and running off. Some have even tried to hit me before running. Quite amusing, actually.

"I see....that's so cool!" she said to him and chuckled at what he said. "Well please don't scare me...." she said to him and smiled.

"But what if I feel like scaring you?" Skye asked, a devious smile on his face, "What would you do? Slap me once I'm back to normal?"

Lothy shrugged. "I don't know, I think I'd run off and hide or something..." she said as she looked at his smile and smiled in return.

Skye laughed slightly. "Can't hide from shadows," He said, "I'd find you one way or another."

That comment scared her and she looked around. It was beginning to get cold and she shivered.

Skye stood up, the shadows around them disappearing along with everything made of them. "Cold?" He said, "Want me to take you home?"

She nodded. "Yeah, I'm pretty cold actually..." she said and smiled. "Please?" she asked him.

Skye nodded slightly. "So where do you live?" he asked as he walked over to her and draped an arm across her shoulders.

She looked at him and blinked. "Oh over here..." she said and began to walk with him to her house. It wasn't so far from the park and she smiled once they got there. It was a fancy looking house with many flowers and a weeping willow tree.

Skye nodded slightly, following Lothy to her house. When he saw it, he crossed him arms and took in a deep breath, letting it out slowly. "Fancy, eh?" He said, "Nice."

"Yes, I live in a fancy house don't hate me..." she said and looked at him and smiled.
