I never said no wind or rain... we've had winds so bad that I could lean past 45degrees and still not fall. And ugh rain. Lucky I live on a hill or flooding would be a problem. SO sorry for all those in Bing this year, you guys got mauled by the weather.

Oswego wind was always the worst. It would come right off the lake and plow through everything. There were many days where it would quite literally push me off the sidewalk, or where I'd have to stand still and plant my feet just to keep from falling down. :lol:

Binghampton is a medium sized city over the Pennsylvania border in New York. The hurricane had them under water, in some areas I think they were under 7 feet... uh, 2 meters of water?
